After their reopening, the efficiency and quality of their staff has really diminished. Don't get me wrong, they're still very friendly and their bilingual skills are impeccable. However, my iced coffee was not properly mixed and I waited 7 minutes while my Almond Berry Rise drink was prepared. The whole time I was holding my iced coffee and watching it melt quickly. It may be better to make the frozen drink that takes longer to prepare before the iced drink that will melt quickly. Just a thought. I also wish Second Cup in general would have more of the chocolate almond croissants. They're always sold out. :(Otherwise, the place is lovely with nice table setups and cozy corner nooks. It's also bright and welcoming.
Great for business meetings, and just hangouts in general. The staff is great, and the pastries are delicious. They also sell Pinkberry frozen yogurt at this location which is nice.
this is a great place for casual business meetings, there's work areas to charge your laptop, it's open air however not too crowded. coffee is always good and service is great.
I was twice a worker for this truly Canadian chain from the very first store from Toronto, Ontario to Ottawa and all Great staff and Owners!
