Slightly low of average is my best description. The service was acceptable - our server was reluctantly and minimally bilingual. Although I can function in French, I don't feel it would have been a good experience for a unilingual tourist. It wasn't overly busy, yet basics like refills went unnoticed. Servers may consider proactively offering items like ketchup when the meal includes fries. It took quite a while to get a bill once the plates were removed.I ordered the full back of ribs. Food arrived very quickly and was hot. The veggies were nicely done and properly seasoned. The ribs should have been the star of the show but had little flavour. The sauce was quite good and somewhat compensated. I can't figure out how to get ribs tender yet tasteless. The server assured me they had not been boiled. Maybe they are sauced on the way out the door? I adjust my expectations to the type and price of establishment, but this still needs some review and improvement.The dining area was renovated a few years ago, and although it still looks OK, some details need more attention to maintain the upgraded appearance. Simple things like cleaning the gobs of black dust off the air vents and taking cobwebs down would help a lot.I have eaten here a few times before writing this review, and this is not a one-off. I feel like a few small changes could significantly improve the quality of the experience.
Haven't been able to go to st hubert for 7 years, as none are in Southern Ontario. It was good to be able to eat there again. It was the works
St Huber's has upped their game I had an Indian style chicken it was so delicious . Can't wait to have it again

It was ok for me. I ordered the Poulet Roti Piri Piri which was essentially just a chicken breast. They didn't even give me the piri piri sauce until I asked for it much later... Other than that everyone else's meal looked excellent, with healthy sides of very fresh looking vegetables and rice. I recommend this place but don't get the Poulet Roti!
Super good service friendly staff great food
Everything I’ve had here has been really good. I went a couple days ago with my girlfriend and our food was served very quickly after ordering, it almost seemed like they had it ready before hand. It was great and it’s not too expensive. Great for friends or family.

Got the new fried chicken and I got food poisoning, burping up rotting egg taste for 2 days.I contacted the restaurant and they wanted to talk and ask questions about the incident.I had already explained it to the manager how abruptly hung up on me and multiple times by email. I have been a customer all my life and now they treat me like à liar just because I was now mad about it!?Because I understand a mistake can happen. What the heck happened to customer service?Don't buy the fried chicken, they are not used to cooking it. It's dangerous.I am loging a formal complain of food poisoning right after this.
Food was okay, we were early to dinner, you could tell it had been ready for a while as it was dry. Lots of dipping sauce. Coleslaw was bland, not up to its normal taste. Server was very nice.
