On Monday August 8, 2022, I ordered a kid’s animal nuggets meal and a 1/4 chicken and ribs combo for a 4 year old, a toddler and myself. 1st time delivery order for St-Hubert.4 year old wanted mashed potatoes. They don’t allow mashed potatoes for delivery order!!!!!! Don’t know why. Then I wanted a side of seasonal vegetables. They don’t allow vegetables for delivery order either. So I settled wanted something healthier than fast food.4 year old raved about his chicken. Enough fries to feed an adult. Disappointed he could not get his mashed potatoes.$31 chicken combo was disastrous. Surprisingly I was able to substitute the fries for rice. The rice portion was so small that the toddler ate it all. He’s not even 2 years old. We got old leftover chicken. I couldn’t even take a bite in the drum stick it was so hard. I did get a tablespoon worth of meat for the toddler in the thigh but that was all.Is it too much to expect eatable chicken from a chicken restaurant????
Service was good but patio is extremely noisy. It's too close to the street and the only thing you hear is the loud motorcycles from the biker bar accross the street.
Bad experience today. Failed attempt at another restaurant yesterday, thought to try again today with the family...much earlier...around 16:30....we did not try to make a reservation since it's Saturday and in the past they always refused reservations on weekends unless huge group....told ourselves we were going early but this was a mistake. Hostess was nice and still went to check and did offer for us to wait but wait time was over 1 hour....not a good idea with a hungry 4 year old so headed back home and cooking supper as I write this. Lesson learned not to try spontaneously going to the restaurant and next time will reserve.

Le pire restaurant de l’histoire de la restauration… ne devrait même pas avoir le droit d’endosser une bannière aussi historique de l’histoire de la restauration au Québec…des erreurs à chaque commande et même bien avant la pandémie. Ils prétendent même que les livreurs se présentent chez vous alors que ce n’est pas le cas. Attendre une commande pendant 3 h, se faire dire qu’ils sont venus quand nous attendions impatiemment notre souper un soir de fête, sans trace dans l’entrée ou même sonnette à la porte. Et tu rappelles pour te faire dire qu’ils sont malheureusement fermés… seriously ?!? Des gérants et directeurs ou directeurs adjoints qui s’en [email protected] !!! Une vraie honte pour ce fleuron québécois ??♀️

Made a reservation tonight at 6:00 pm Oct 29, 2021. Arrive 5:50pm and they lie off the start, say they tried to call and that’s a lie. My inbox is empty…so really they lied and lost the reservation.WoW not impressed. Don’t lie to look good lady….
