Food was OK but service was horrible! Waited a LOOOONG time to even get asked to order because the cashier was busy blabbing with someone but when I finally got my order at 18:59 I was kicked out very rudely and abruptly (after I set everything up and just took one bite of my food) because they had to "close for cleaning" even though 6-7 customers were still inside. I don't get it. I was patient for the 20 minutes he was blabbing and since it was his fault I got my meal so late and since there were still customers inside the least he could have done is afforded me the 3 minutes it would have taken to eat my meal.I ate outside anyway and as I was finishing, a customer who saw everything told me nobody was cleaning anything. I looked inside the window and the nothing was going on in the cleaning area. First time ordering here in 10 years even though it's right down the street and I probably won't be back for another 10, or 20.
Everytime i go here the male staff is always very nice to all his customer. He is making sure your order in placed. Highly recommended this kfc branch.
If it was possible to give zero stars, i would!!!Came here a few weeks back after having tried popeyes fried chicken sandwich to see what the competition was like. The sandwich i had at this kfc was absolutely horrible!! Drenched and i mean absolutely drenched in this orangeish mayo sauce to the point where the sandwich was inedible!! And i’m a guy that loves sauce!! This was beyond disgusting!! And not a word of a lie when i was inside to pick my order up and asked the lady behind the counter for brisk ice tea, she messed up and gave me the weong soda twice!!! Once brisk lemonade and the second time a coke!! I had to look behind the counter and point to her what ice tea was! As gross as it gets. Avoid at all costs if you have any self respect.
Worst experience I ever had at a fast food restaurant and worst experience at any KFC. I got food poisoning from this place and will never be going back.Do not recommend at all. The staff is extremely rude and slow. The food was also absolutely disgusting.
Worst service ever.. The guy at the cash is yawning, the bacon in my sandwich was nowhere to be found and the fries at the bottom of the bag not in the cardboard tray.. Never going there again.
Ordered online. Order did not show up at all. Contacted customer service 4 times and was told to wait for an email from the actual restaurant. 3 hours later have not received my order or received an email. Tried calling restaurant directly 6 times no answer. Terrible customer service and a waste of my money. Cannot get ahold of anyone to get my money back.
If I could give this place minus two stars I would but my recent visit the food was pretty good. It was fresh and hot. I don't know who runs this place but you can hardly tell if they're open or closed. I've called several times to confirm the hours and no answer. I don't understand a fast food joint who doesn't answer their phone in the middle of the afternoon on a Saturday. They're clearly not busy. Enough staff twirling around that one of them couldn't answer the phone.The staff really set the tone. During my visit there was a girl who just wandered around behind the counter twirling her hands together. She mumbled when she talked so I could barely hear her. Clearly if you don't want to work there, find a new job. I waited almost 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich that I mobile ordered ahead. No acknowledgment that my order is not ready. No apology that there is a delay. Unacceptable when I have to continue to check in with her. Just reminded me on why I don't mind driving into Ontario to go to KFC.
We ordered a 10 piece meal yesterday. Everything was lukewarm. He chicken was dry, pieces were stuck together and way too crunchy. It was inedible. I tried to call a few times but no answer. This experience turned me off KFC. Thank you. I should probably eat better anyway
Worst service ever,FYI, if you must have KFC- use a delivery service.It's been 2 hours no food yet, tried calling no answer.No way to cancel or get money back.Food showed after 2 hours and 10 minutes, order was missing coleslaw and Gravy. Gave me a free diet Pesi though....
Absolutely terrible!! worst kfc I've ever been too waited over 30 mins for a couple sandwiches and we were the only ones in there food was freezing cold! no napkins forks or dips lady was extremely rude ,slow and clearly hates her job not a good experience what so ever
