Great smiling staff! Very busy but quick for the amount of customers vs. the size of the establishment. Always loved this place even with the new owners.
Try Gaga patate instead. Cheaper, faster, and so much better. Been going there since my childhood. Its family owned, and has maintained the same high standards through the pandemic. Loulou used the be awesome before 2019, but the love is gone now. The fries are always burnt so its incredibly hard to finish a poutine. It's like they never change the oil tge poutine tastes burnt. That's what ended it for me sadly.
Husband was craving poutine like in his college days and this did not disappoint! We both loved it and appreciated the cheese-to-sauce ratio.I ordered at the counter for take out and it was ready within 10-15 minutes but there were many people ahead of me. Prices are what you would expect but the service was extra friendly and well worth the wait.We were a little disappointed that they were out of mini donuts but it sounds like a perfect excuse to go back again.Would recommend.
Just moved and decided to try this place. Worst wings I ever had, couldn't finish them. Only 3 sauces to choose from. Ranch, garlic and hot sauce. Same sauces we buy at the grocery store. The zucchini was too salty to eat. 1st and last time ordering from them.
The best burger ever! And for the price, it’s honestly amazing. Also had their fried chicken today which prompted this review. It was juicy, tasty and not oily at all, truly amazing!
First time in Quebec and saw this place had good reviews. Decided to try it out; it did not disappoint. Delicious ?
Really good poutine and the curds are great. They also have vegetarian gravy and if you order extra cheese it ends up almost half cheese half fries which is equally great
Great food. Horrible queue organization. Those who are only there to pick up and have ordered ahead still have to go in the same line as those waiting to order. Food sits out on the counter for so long before paying for it.
Totally ridiculous that when it’s the weekend or a day before a long weekend you have to wait 1 hour to 1 hour 30 min to have your order delivered. If you call anytime after 4:30 that’s the wait time. You would think by now they would know and have more people to process the orders and delivery. Not impressed. That’s why I don’t order there that often anymore too long.
This was the poutine I got. Bone dry and tasted over cooked. I was very disappointed in their food quality lately!
