food is good but the service is so bad there, extremely disorganized, slow (waited a hour) then got wrong food, cold soup, less salad, really bad service - I will never go back this location again!!

Palm beach salad was excellent. Had squash soup, it was very salty, my friend had the chilli, very salty as well, stick with the salads, th’re very good.

Food highly recommended but…place your order well in advance of pick up at Plateau location. We frequently order in advance online and they have yet to be on time. Often 30-40 minutes past order pick up time.

Had a bad experience where I’m pretty sure I was being treated like an delivery driver when I came in to pick up my business lunch - I certainly wasn’t treated like the woman in front of me - Shame on you guys for not only stereotyping me (am ethnic) but especially for treating delivery drivers less than your other clients. Not cool!

I’m writing this review to call attention to something that happened at the Eddy location. I come in from Montréal to work in Gatineau every week and we often order Olivia’s for our business lunch. Lately, the delivery drivers have trouble finding us due to a construction road closure in front of our building, so we order in advance and someone goes to pick it up. Once we waiting almost an extra hour for our lunch. It happens so no big deal! Friday was my lucky turn to pick up - first and last. I walked in behind a woman who went up to the cash to order. Once she was finished I waited the obligatory few seconds, while I watched someone at the cold prep making what appeared to be my order (am a former restaurant GM). I smiled and announced to the cashier that I was here to pick up an order and was met a blank stare - she said nothing time. Ignoring me, she picked up the phone and finally made a gesture pointing to something. I thought perhaps she was pointing at someone else and not addressing me, so, confused, I looked over at the person prepping my food who asked me if it was at the pickup table, I said I don’t know, and I realized that what the cashier who was unable to speak to me was pointing to in the front window was a pick up table. I said the name the order was put in under and the entremet figured out that they were making my order. I was by now visibly uncomfortable by how I was being treated - there were 2 other customers waiting for food, why was I being treated this way? I even felt the need to explain that I have eaten at the bistro many times but it’s my first time coming in…. When it was finally ready, I collected my food, asked if there was a bigger bag since it was a big order and I definitely seemed like a nuisance when they provided me with a bigger bag (3 bags and 1 carrier were too much for the inexperienced me). I guess they still didn’t realize I am not a delivery driver and perhaps expecting me to have one of those big bags? Right, so when I returned to the office and we sat for lunch I explained what had just happened, and my colleagues let me know that I was likely treated like a delivery driver. This is where I have turned my embarrassment and annoyance of being treated poorly into anger for people treating delivery drivers with very little respect. I am the person who always smiles and always says thank you, and Olivia, I suggest that you use this as a teachable moment, I certainly have. I know it’s Covid times and we all have to cut each other some slack, but I likely won’t be eating Olivia’s again.

Nous avons commandé à plusieurs reprises et tout étaient parfait et délicieux. Aujourd’hui plusieurs erreurs sont survenus pour une commande venant de la succursale rue St-Joseph. Il manquait un article de la commande. De plus au lieu du lait d’amande c’était du lait d’avoine inscrit sur 2 des smoothies. Un des pots contenant un avocat était écrasé. Je me décide à téléphoner pour obtenir l’article manquant… Grosse déception d’apprendre que l’une d’entre nous ne mangera pas ce midi, puisqu’il est impossible de recevoir l’article. On me propose un remboursement de l’article d’ici 3 jrs ouvrables!!! Malheureusement nous allons y penser à deux fois avant de commander dans le futur. La nourriture est délicieuse mais plus jamais en livraison!

J’ai été mangée aux Olivia pour la première fois, à celui du Plateau. C’est très délicieux et très bon service!!
