4 out of the 4 machines to order were out of service. All of the cashes were closed, there was literally no way to order except drive thru. The wait time after finally getting an employee to take my order was way too long for the size of the order. There did not seem to be any adult on the floor; a restaurant ran by kids.
Wait over 20 mins to get food every single time we go there. It's slow no matter if you go through the drive-thru window or go inside the store. And it's very rare that they get the order right or I'm lucky if it's presentable.....today's not the day.
Terrible food. I got waffle fries to try them and they were way more Nader cooked, cold and rubbery. Chicken nuggets were cold but at least cooked. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever gotten food from. Will never go back . I suggest you stay clear of this one . Corporate should interveneUpdate: As well as this review, I sent a note to McDonalds Canada. The manager from the location called and said the issue was new staff. She promised things would improve. I see based on the reviews in the last couple weeks that nothing has changed.
Is this the worst McDonalds in the area??Orders take forever to be fulfilled. Drive thru is a disaster and they can rarely provide orders before telling you to go park in the parking lot. On my last visit i ordered at the drive thru and was then told to go and park and wait. 25 minutes later i had to go inside and inquire about my order. I was told that it was being prepared and i could either go back and wait in my car or wait inside for it. I chose to wait inside and waited for another 10 minutes until finally receiving my order.Avoid this location!
Worst mcdonalds i have ever been to! Cant even get an order as simple as a happy meal correctly! I will never go back there and i will actively make sure to tell everyone i know
They did not give us what we ordered and because I was in a hurry, I was unable to wait any longer. Food was warm, not hot and it was busy....this means they are making it way ahead and letting it sit. For what it costs.....unimpressed.
This location is consistently bad. No responsible adults seem to be present whenever I'm there. I try to avoid as often as possible, but sometimes, convenience or speed, or just a hankering for something loaded with sugar salt and fat leads me back there. I regret it every time, more fool me for thinking this location will improve. The franchisee clearly doesn't care for quality or reputation. GI long for some competition in Aylmer so we can put this one out of business by voting with our Dollars. Avoid unless you're desperate!
Kind of a shame that this great institution is so poorly represented in this neighborhood. Rude service and more often then not they make a mistake on my order. I’m still going to go when I get that craving, it’s just sad is all
It was okay but the iced coffee was not mixed and she had to redo it because of a mistake (it dosent matter nobody is perfect) but the second time she didn't mix it and looked annoyed . When I was super nice to her
Extremely slow, and poor customer service. Everytime I eat here, I wait around 20 minutes for my meal. Avoid this mcdonalds if you can.
