I work as delivery. I went to this place 3am morning , And the staff saw me waiting for over 20 min and the bag food was on the chair near door for pickup. they keep moving with out eye to me I tried knock the door they keep ignore me I was so very upset for wasted my time and trip gas I will always refuse McDonald. McDonal is the most disrespectful other third party!Supervisor should fired them staff with proof video camera. they doesn't care customer.
MOST RUDE STAFF ever!!! Told the us they have nothing to serve because we weren’t speaking French and they apparently could notUnderstand me and my friend. Giving us very werid looks, re cooked our fries in oil . Burned and greasier then usually. I will file official complaint on McDonald’s website.Disgusting behaviour
I usually don’t write reviews, but it’s getting out of control. I’m doing deliveries and every time I come at the store after 9 P.M., they are closing the doors and they are making me wait outside until I get my order (raining or not). We usually wait in between 30-60 minutes for the smallest orders. (As an example, a customer ordered an hamburger and a small fries and I had to wait 35 minutes for the order.) Other than that, the employees at night are rude, disrespectful and they are not working and they are working slowly. The administration of this establishment need to do something about this. We all know that there is not a lot of employees, but make sure the ones you have are actually working.
I was just passing by from a trip. Extremely rude staff. Pretended that nobody in the store speaks English.i understand this is Quebec but I'm sure they understand what a sausage mc muffin is
Service is always slow no matter what time you go and they always mess up orders. I live close by and i will gladly go all the way to the mcdonalds in aylmer or hull to avoid going there...
I came through the drive thru on April 5th at 10:30 pm. I placed an order for one burger meal and four burgers on the side, repeated it 4 times and also saw it on the screen before I pull up. I get up to the window and repeat my order and the girl at the window informs me they didn’t hear me. I said I’m looking for 5 burgers and she goes to punch them in when the manager is screaming in the back saying she can’t add more to my order (just my original order). Coming from someone in the food and hospitality industry, that individual shouldn’t be a manager. There were four cars in line behind me so you’re saying none of them got burgers.. I even offered to pay two transitions and all I get back is “sorry my manager is up my ass”.This is the first review I’ve ever written because it was by far the most shocking thing I’ve ever seen. Especially for a fast food establishment.
Ordered eat in.... brought it in bag. Sat down to eat, no napkins. Went to counter, waited 5 minutes, not approached by anyone. Were 5 staff.... 3 leaning against food counter, chatting, waiting for food to shoot down the bin, one stuffing hashbrowns, another prepping Uber food. Every one of them saw me, no one asked if I needed anything. Zero customer service, zero cares, zero desire to serve... pitiful how bad this generation has gotten , afraid to approach anyone and speak face to face in real life.... worst part, no manager to be seen to maintain whatever standard of service they're supposed to have..... if any. Truly sad.....
This location has been inefficient and bad for a while now but today they crossed the line. I ordered a curb side pick up where the employee brings it to your car. The employee brought out the food while holding and smoking a cigarette! Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional behavior.
Ordered a blt egg McMuffin and the egg was black. It had a different taste. I tried contacting the resto and they do not respond. Was attempting to let them know...so no one else would get a rotten sandwich.
Plan for a 30 minutes wait at drive thru, can’t get worse, they don’t operate as a FAST Food, they are definitely missing the concept at this location. They are extremely understaffed, there is an employee (Ale) is trying his best running around all over the place trying to push orders out, I would give him 5 stars however this location needs help.
