I had to correct the cashier twice when she inputted my order (which is fine), but even after that, they got my order wrong and my coffee was very watery. Not the best customer service either.
I just leave these here without any comment large fries I paid for and fries on there facebook site... two stars because for once it was actually warm not icecold as usual they are
Idk what happened cause this used to be the best location in my opinion, I stopped to pickup some food after a long as heck 13 hour workday, finally sitting down to eat at home after going to the drive through and my burger has enough mayonnaise and ketchup on it to drown, I had to scrape it off with a large spoon there was so much of it, then there were no pickles or bacon on my quarter pounder BLT .... how do you forget not one but multiple ingredients in one sandwich! Especially when one of them is part of the darn sandwiches name. It wasnt busy, the parking and drive through were completely empty when I arrived. Then my shamrock shake was fully liquid and not at all a milkshake! Each time I go it's been getting consistently worse, the customer service itself was great, this review/complaint is 100% about poor quality control of the food coming out of the kitchen.
I've been from coast to coast, even to the Yukon, but this is singularly the worst McDonald's I've been to in Canada.This is not to blame the employees by the way, they can only do as much as the resources, time and priorities they're given. This McDonald's appears to be severely understaffed. Either that or they are prioritising Delivery orders over everything else. McDonald's needs to consider another location in close vicinity because it's clear this one is overloaded. Almost every time I've driven through this place they've gotten the order wrong, it's a long wait and the employees appear to be running out of patience. This time, I thought I'd just order prior to arriving and pick up at the counter. I waited a good 20 mins for an Egg BLT meal, and a Szechuan McChicken sandwich. The only modification I made to the breakfast meal was request 2 packets of sugar added to my latte. That's it.
I wish this place would check their orders before they send out on skip the dishes. 1 out of ever 5 orders is wrong. Super annoying.

Just went there to pickup a mobile order. While the girl who assisted me (I used a few little monopoly instant prizes stickers too) was very friendly, service was slow. I ordered 2 sundaes and honestly we barely had any chocolate fudge or caramel in them, just a small squirt on the top. No crushed peanuts were available either.My habanero Mc Chicken barely had any salad and it had collapsed in its box. I also ordered a latte with Whipped Cream but upon opening the lid at home, there was no cream to be found. :-(A disappointing experience overall, but on the bright side, the food was hot. Can't blame the staff, they do what they can.
Avoid this location if you value your money and sanity.Ordered a Sausage McMuffin with Egg and Bacon, Coffee, Hot Chocolate, A muffin and a bagel..I received a Sausage McMuffin without bacon, and 6 small fries. Nothing else.This is too wrong to have been a mistake. This is deliberate "F-U" from the employees at this location.
Service is always so slow. I choose to go there cause the coffee is better than Tim Hortons
My gf has been waiting over 30 minutes in the parking lot, finally received her order. That's slow even for an actual restaurant that serves real food. This place is more horrible than ever.
