The bathroom was completely and absolutely disgusting. It should have been closed off until fixed. What a horrible way of treating customers. Yucky yuck yuck!
I ended up at this McDonald’s on the worst day ever. It was right after the storm that left many parts of Ontario without power. This location was a nightmare! The self serve machines were not printing receipts so most people didn’t even know what their order number was. The display screen was also broken and the orders were all over the place. I waited 2.5 hrs to get this breakfast sandwich and an iced coffee. The staff were nice but clearly under immense stress. It doesn’t help when everything is malfunctioning on a high pressure day like this.I wanted to write this review to say thank you to all the staff who pulled off the unimaginable in serving a sea of hungry, frustrated and helpless customers on a horrible day. They pulled through despite how long we had to wait and did it without a frown.
Worst Mc Donalds ever. Staff are rude, constantly get your order wrong, will scream at you if you take more than 20 seconds in the drive through. Cant get simple orders such as a kids meal correct. I have never once had a single correct order from this location. Food can arrive raw, old and gross, destroyed, or just half your order missing. If you try and check the food in the drive through, to make sure its correct, they tell you to leave. Will argue on things that are incorrect (missing toppings, missing tea bags, etc)I have contacted corp numerous times and nothing has ever been done. Staff will also refuse service occasionally if you only speak English.
I go to drive thru ask for breakfast order I speak only english know some french they respond to me in nothing but french -I don't understand what she says french drive to second speaker -say hi/hello no reply anyone drive to first window drive thru staff woman only speaks french she then gets her manager he starts yelling at me in french to leave property refuses my order/ businesses that I see the customers /clients come first be treated this way miserable staff ignorance refusal of respect to English language we accomate ottawa side they can do the same hull quebec side -left with no order of my breakfast
Very rude overnight manager, have reached out to the company via email as I ended up having to throw away my order that I’m unable to eat due to meat being put on when asked for no meat multiple times. Walked there fully planning on ordering on a kiosk to avoid any issues but the lobby was closed and it’s just drive though open 24h. Hopefully he has a better day tomorrow.
Always missing items in my orders. And the burgers are squished and nasty. We found a fly in our burger this is beyond digusting . Oh and the fountain drink tasted like water very FLAT! AVOID THEYRE THEVES AND VERY BAD FOOD HANDLING ON TOP OF IT ALL.Im never ordering from these ppl again.
Tried here about 4 times. Every time has some issue. Wrong order. Forgot order. Take 20 mins for a simple order …….If you use drive though you will get 3 times questions of “what’s your order”And you will get Wrong order 100% every time!!!!!If you use order Machine inside the store. You have to be careful that “ Order Machine “ will not give you receipts and order number. Also, you have to wait at least 20 minsThis order Machine had been broken like this at least 2 yearsAnyway, they don’t care about if you got what you want or not. They just care about if you paid or notBut i have to say thank you for your guys let me realize that I really shouldn’t spend my money and time with McDonald’s anymore.Good job! Keep going! Please help more people to realize how horrible you are.

Made me wait 20 min on the side, had to ask for my drink they didnt bring and in the end they gave me an egg mcmuffin with no cheese and no condiment. On the road its hard to come back and complain...
I ordered pick up on the Mcdonald's app, arrived 15 mins later and was told to wait for 5 mins for my order to complete. Waited 5 mins then was told my order was not received... Looks like this location is not very used to handle orders from the app plus they only accept drive thru.
