We have been to La Buena quite a number of times and I am getting fed up with being "steered" to the front of the restaurant that is packed while the back portion is almost empty. Have asked for a seat in the back area but they claim it is closed ????? At 12:30. Today, the floor at our table was absolutely filthy. Not very appetizing. Food is just okay. Today my sausages looked old & wrinkled and were overcooked. Won't be going back anytime soon.

I give it 3 based on the price-earnings ratio.The place is clean and the staff is friendly, however the price of the dishes with small portions is above the value of other restaurants of the same style with much bigger potions and specialty coffees are not so special
Food is ok but we waited an hour to get it. It's ok to be full but the table next to our sat down 20 minutes after we had ordered and received their food first...
Service was better the the last time. Robot is barely in use. Server never asked if everything was ok or checked up on us after food arrived. Apple crepe has more oatmeal than apples which is not listed on the menu. The icecream listed with the item doesn't exist per the server long after it was served. No attempt to resolve the issues with the crepe was made even though it was mostly not eaten. Eggs and bacon were decent. Only excuse made was menu is wrong they are doing thier best. The menu is new from the last time I was here a few Months ago. Restaurant is incredibly noisy during peak times.
We've ordered through ubereats and sadly every time we've ordered extra items (creme anglaise and toast) we don't get it and have to get ubereats to refund. Really disappointed with the lack of attention to detail to ensure orders are complete
The kids liked the idea of the robot and they took pictures with it. The ambiance and the service were good.
Terrible food. What a waste of money. Got french toast. It literally was 3 thin slices of bread coated in sugar. Super soggy. No English cream as mentioned on menu, hadTo ask extra. It was tasteless. The fruit was awful, 3 tiny pieces of pineapple, melon and orange. Looked pitiful on my plate. 3 thin pieces of sugary soggy bread and 3 tiny stupid pieces of fruit. Like why even bother serving me this fruit. Surely they can do better….
Awesome ambiance, workers are friendly, the owner is very professional as due to all the excitement regarding Bella Bot! I waited longer for my breakfast and he apologized. Breakfast was yummy, a must try the fried bologna! ? coffee refills are there for you, take the time to visit the Amazing Bella Bot, bring the kids, bring your grandparents its a MUST!!!
Came for the robot and received great food and service ? I will be back
