I’ve been many times. But extremely inconsistent. I went 30 min to close for a take out deserts. Sorry we’re closed???
Short but excellent menu, reasonable prices, great service. Had the fish tacos, excellent! I strongly recommend.

We hade the tuna tataki, duck salad, poutine l’aubergiste, and fish tacos. Everything was perfectly cooked, and service was excellent. Wonderful meal.
Food is very good here, I think we've tried practically everything on the menu and liked pretty much all of it. This is our favourite place in Aylmer.
This Bistro was suggested to us by 5ebaron and we were not disappointed. This had to be one of the best places we have had fish and chips hands down. Service was friendly and helpful too. We shall be back soon!!
J'y suis allé pour la première fois, en pleine journée ensoleillée à vélo. C'est tout près de la Marina de Aylmer, très bien situé au coeur du Vieux-Aylmer. L'accueil est très sympathique, Sarah a fait un excellent service dont j'ai adoré son écoute attentive et sa gentillesse. La poutine de l'Aubergiste est excellente, avec du canard confit, ça fond dans la bouche! La qualité est au rendez-vous, ambiance chaleureuse et intime et les portions sont généreuses. J'y retournerai à coup sûr ! Je le recommande vivement à tous et toutes ! Merci à Véro et toute l'équipe !
