Update: staff don't do anything to enforce still in place Quebec health mandates. Most customers were either unmasked or barely wearing them and staff did nothing. It was left up to customers to ask them to mask up.As far as fast food burger places go in Canada, Harvey's is amongst the best. If you time it right (usually when it's medium busy) you can get the burger fresh off the grill. Like Subway, you can have the burger dressed exactly as you want it, plain or fully loaded. This location is not any different than all the others. Sufficient parking except during peak lunch hours. Staff is polite and bilingual.
Love this location. Friendly staff who always try their best to provide great customer service. I must say that sometimes the fries can be a little off in terms of texture and taste, but that is a once in a blue moon. Remains one of the best location I've been to.
Great servoce even though we attended and did notnspeak french. They did their best and the food was good. Disappointed in the lack of drive thru though.
Exactly what you would expect from Harvey's, and service was very fast ! Its my preferred fast food joint, best fresh bbq grilled burgers and hot dogs!!
Staff is friendly, food is great and the staff checks the food to make sure it's the correct temperature & such!
Food and service was awesome! The bacon in our burgers was not cooked so removing a star.
My wife and I are regular customers at Harvey's in Hull. We eat at Harvey's at least once a week. Harvey's is the only chain that as Hot dog on the grill. The staff are doing their best to provide customer with good service. People should be more supportive of the staff. The manager is doing a great job with the staff at her disposal. Keep up the good work.
