they took my order as soon i came in but it took them 10 minutes to start working on my burger it was ready to start & i was the only person in line idk why they couldn't make my burger as soon it was ready and so 10 minutes later got my burger (it was very good) but their speed to get to you with you're food is very slow
The worker was so slow. He took our fries and rings and put them on the counter for a long time before the burgers were done. He then put them together so slow. I had to return the fries and rings and wait for fresh ones. Will not go back to that harveys ever again!!!

I ordered an Angus burger ( lettuce, tomatoes, and banana peppers ) as simple as that with a side of a poutine. I got 2 weir meat burgers filled with oignions and pickles..!!!! I was rushing back to work and didn’t take the time to check my order until I got back in the office... I called them to file a complaint, asked to speak to a manager and the woman I spoke to said the manager will call me back. Until today no return phone call. That was worse customer service I ever encountered. They wasted my time and I wasted my money. SMH!!!

There is NO fast food burger better than Harvey's!I've been to in&out (US), A&W, Wendy's, McDonald's, etc. None of them come close to Harvey's.Take down one star because they don't have an English menu.
Probably best fast food burgers and fries I've ever had. If you don't speak French though check the online menu first as there are no English menus there.There are several picnic tables outside as well, if you want to avoid eating inside.
My burger and onion rings were cold but the poutine was very good
