My name is Daniel please Read this before you place an order from from Gatineau Pizza. I place a take out order at 3;01 pm for a delivery at 4;30. I first call them at 5;15 to ask them wen could I expect to receive my order the girl was not able to help me so she transfer me to the manager. He was so rude on the phone he first call me Mme I told him that I was a man but he keep calling me Mme. .I told them to cancel my order he Refused the refund telling me that it is a 3 party billing. Which is false according to my bank.I told him that I wanted to cancel not only because he was way to late but also very rude.I did file a BBB Complaint and call my bank right way to stop the transaction all that for 42.11 that I paid for an order that I did not receive . Please read other peoples feedback before sending them money .this is the worse pizza nightmare.Bravo Gatineau and thank you to my TD bank they will stop that transaction.Gatineau Pizza Never Again
I order from here as a treat, I've never had an issue always usually really good, I was so disappointed, this TIME it came cold and soggy, after waiting more than HR and 10 mins!! They said it would be 45 mins! I called to the store the lady was so RUDE!! She yelled at me and when I asked for the manger she said he was busy I said I'd wait then she said she was the manger, so I asked for the boss!! So when I talked to him he was also rude all I wanted was a credit for the next time he yelled at me and called me a liar!! Very poor customer service very disappointed ?
Pizza is genuinely worth the price! Loaded with toppings and generous with the cheese. Whatever that dipping sauce is, it's delicious
