Food is decent for all you can eat. A lot of the food never came and we waited a really long time for what did. $37 for dinner, 85 in total for 2 people. Waste of money. You’re better off driving to the places in Merivale or Orleans for better service and a cheaper bill. Would only recommend for takeout

The food was good but when I can to pay for 3 people it was 110$ before tax. The menu said 20.99 per person on a Thursday night that adds up to 63$.Would not go back as it doesn’t seem honest.

Nearly full restaurant and nearly no one eating. It’s like the girl working there wanted everyone to leave m. We left after waiting 45 minutes without ever having our order taken. Server/hostess was borderline hostile.

Is the first time eating at this restaurant ,is not bad but needs some improvement like instead of those pieces of paper to order they should have iPads, you can see watt you ordered, watt was broth and watt was not, have pictures of the items you ordered.Sometimes is easy to order. I was having lunch at a lots of Sushi places but none of them bites Sushi Story in Vaughn Ontario

I ordered a crispy spicy tuna roll through skip the dishes and it was literally the most disgusting thing ever.. I tried a piece and thought it tasted rly greasy and weird so I decided to open it up and there was straight up no fish in it or anything other then soggy oily tempura flakes?… super disappointing since I paid like 20 bucks for this just to have to throw it away.. would not recommend.

Underwhelming sushis and poorly rolled makis. We love to support local businesses and although the place was packed we came out of there a little disappointed. 110$ for two of us, many mistakes in our orders (all you can eat, but still...) and sloppy pieces that kept falling apart. Service is as to be expected. We will be trying other places before thinking of going back

Fantastic service! Took my 8 year old son for sushi supper friday night and the food was amazing. Atmosphere was perfect. Thank you for the lovely evening G&V sushi!

Sushi was very fresh and tasty. A bit pricey for the size of the smaller rolls but delicious nonetheless. They were generous with the pickled ginger and soya sauce. Service was friendly. Staff made some suggestions and gave me a sheet that explained what was inside the different types of rolls. I enjoyed them all.

I had such a disappointing experience on Valentine's Day. Gotta say, I really appreciate them fitting us in for a 6:30 pm table without a reservation. That was great.Unfortunately the service time and food quality were abysmal. Given that my previous review described this restaurant as "the best AYCE Sushi in the region" I can't stress enough how disappointing it is to wait 2 years through the pandemic to come back to such a disaster. They only served us a couple of items from our first order. They were exemplary---to the point where my partner and I had to have a discussion about not eating here every week. However half-an-hour went by and we didn't see any more food. We asked a waitress who advised us our order had been lost and that we should order again. It was another 30 minutes before we were served and the food quality had gone into the toilet. The rice was undercooked, the rolls thrown together as quickly as possible. By that time my mood and our appetites were ruined. Its clear that the restaurant was focusing on take-out, as delivery orders were flying out constantly.Unfortunately, having a lot of business isn't an excuse for providing garbage food and service. Why should I order from G&V again if they can't keep track of orders and flip-flop on their food quality? To the owner: We know you understand how to run a business. Your restaurant wouldn't have survived this long otherwise. I shouldn't have to tell you that you need to manage the number of orders you're accepting if you want to provide adequate service at an acceptable quality. There is no price point that makes it okay to serve poor food and provide poor service; at what you're charging the experience we had is a deal breaker and we won't risk eating here again until you've proven you can do better.
