The only star I give is for the location of the building "its a nice spot". The food was awful. I often go to Boston Pizza and this one had the worst food we ever had in a Boston pizza and they were missing a lot of ingrediens to offer the choices on the menu.Also it's the first time I go to a Boston Pizza and they do not offer military discounts.I recommend to drive to the Plateau location the food is way better and the offer military discount.If Boston Pizza want to keep their good reputation they shoul consider pulling the fanchise away from this location.

Hmm. We stopped in a little after 7pm. 5 of us were seated on the patio and the server brought us waters and menus. She never came back to take our order so we left. (40 minutes we waited and bailed) We went to another restaurant instead but when we walked by 3 hours later and the table was exactly how we left it. Pretty sad when the servers forget about their customers. Boston pizza sure left us with a memorable experience. Sad sad service. They dont even deserve the one star..more like 0. But thanks for the water BP.
Usually Boston Pizza is a 4 to 5 star place for me but this specific time, I had a really bad experience. I got there with 2 more and took around 15 minutes just to get a sit. But not because it was crowded, I could count the amount of people with my hands.We ordered appetizers that took at least 25 minutes to be ready and for the pizza, I lost track of time.I went to the bathroom and everything was super dirty there.Maybe there was an unusual movement in the restaurant but it's weird for a Saturday to only have one person serving...the only girl there was super nice with us, but unfortunately she was alone and going crazy with so many tasks to do.Sorry for the review but unfortunately, maybe because it was an unusual day, but it was truly a bad day.
My experience at this place was amazing! The waiter was super nice and patient, we got our food fast and it was delicious! Highly recommend !
Terrible experience. They messed up my order by forgetting the breaded chicken in my salad. I went back, they made wait another 15 minutes just to give me the wrong type of chicken, unbreaded. The staff was unhelpful and was not looking to fix their mistakes. 10/10 would never go again.

My food was good but beer selection is very limited and expensive given the choices.
Emylie our server was so lovely! She attended all of our needs and cracked the funniest jokes! Hope i come back and have her as my server again
The service was fantastic and the food was great. The only thing that didn't allow me to give 5 stars was that my tables had not been wiped in a while prior to us being seated. There were sticky rings from drinks and my colleague put his elbow on a wad of gum that had been placed on the top of the table. Had the tables been wiped down, the gum would have been noticed and removed. They followed all COVID protocols but cleanliness was a fail.
