The vibe at this bar was unbelievable. The atmosphere was just right and the staff were more than friendly. The drinks were on point and the selection was massive. I can’t wait to go drink on the patio next time. And my friend obviously loved his burger and fries.5/5 10/10 100/100
I will start by saying that I honestly love to support local businesses.Went their for lunch and the service was just so atrocious it ruined the entire experience.There were maybe about 50+ customers with only 2 waiters/waitresses and 1 hostess. Got our appetizer before our drinks... never was offered a 2nd drink... had to flag waiter to place order for lunch.Once we were finished our lunch, our empty plates stayed at the table for 30+ minutes all the while trying to flag the waiter for the bill and were being ignored.Food was deliciousDrinks was delicious
Absolutely terrible to be honest. We like to support local businesses and are in desperate need of a good place in Aylmer, but L’autre Oeil falls short big time. Three times in a row now we are told a 30 minute wait for a table, then another 50 minute wait for our food. This last time, We decide to stay as we figure where else can we go after waiting all this time. After watching tables that arrived after us get service, we inquired about our food. It finally came after 65 minutes and was stone cold. All three plates appeared to be old food that was slapped together in the most forsaken way. At this point, after our last experience there was as bad, we got up and left. I simply couldn’t give this place another dime from my pocket.We were clear with the waiter the food and service is just unacceptable; however I don’t think they really care obviously.. I went home and made us tomato sandwiches.

Probably Aylmers best restaurant. Great atmosphere and layout. Service is always exceptionally welcoming and informative (especially for someone like me who knows nothing about beer.) The rib bits, fried cheese curds and wings are addictively good. Try the KAO sauce if you like sweet + heat, it will not disappoint.

Très mauvais service. Nous étions au deuxième étage. Le serveur est venu nous voir pour prendre notre commande. Il nous a donné notre première bière et n'est jamais revenu par la suite. Après 1h30, nous avons laissé l'argent sur la table et nous sommes partis. Il est passé plusieurs fois près de notre table sans venir nous voir. Je suis très déçue puisque j'ai normalement du bon service et j'apprécie l'endroit.
