Dont know what happened here!!!1h30 waiting, no one on the phone, the sauce was cold, potato is cold we had to heat up in the microwave...Some of you ganna said 1h30 delivery can do that imagree, but even the cheese under the egg is not melt...Busy or not, 1h30 is not the problem. you should always make sure your product is on point at least and hot. Those product was in the the danger zone temperature.Be more careful for other you loose a customer...

The owner at the Aylmer, Quebec is more then terrible! She doesn't know how to speak with clients and when they bring you the wrong order, she told us it's not her problem and if we're not happy, go somewhere else... Never going back there
One of the best breakfast places in Ottawa-Gatineau. Their home fries are best there is and they have good breakfast options. Even when place was crowded, staff were attentive and reactive and super friendly.

We ate at this restaurant on several occasions before and enjoyed the food and the service. However, today September 18th around 1 pm we had a worse experience ever. I have ordered the omelet. It came with eggs looking dry like plastic. I tried it but it was impossible to eat. After I addressed this issue with the server, she was very understanding and promptly took it back for replacement. When the second time omelet came, the eggs looked much better but the cheese inside was raw, cold and not melted. I had enough at that point and wanted to speak to the cook. Instead of an apology I got yelled at by the person named Jamel who insisted that this was perfectly fine omelet first time, just like they make it. He told me that cold not melted cheese is the result of a eggs not looking dry. I said that if they can't make proper omelet my order could be changed to simple eggs. I got the omelet out 3rd time, never mind that we can hear him going on about me in the kitchen. At this point I lost my appetite and was stressed. I must admit that our server was very nice and apologetic for something what was not her fault. I know how hard the work in the kitchen is. I did this job for a long time. It pains me to see that someone does not take pride in their work.
Went with 2 other people, all 3 of us had cold eggs , and super hot potatoes….. won’t go back… it’s a breakfast place , they should know how to serve eggs !
J'y étais dimanche passé avec mon conjoint. Le serveur est venu nous voir après plus de 40 minutes pour nous dire qu'il ne trouvait pas notre commande la cuisine ne l'avait pas. Nous lui avons redonné et après un autre 20 minutes à attendre nous n'avions toujours pas reçu notre déjeuné. Jamais le serveur n'est venu nous offrir du café, de l'eau des excuses. Nous avons quitté après 1h30 à attendre un déjeuné qui en prend 20 minutes. Très déçue.
Service 5 stars, waitress was amazing.Food wise 1 star, i always get a poelé, always awesome and delicious, this was my first time at this location and it was lets just say underwhelming compared to the other ben&flo, first the dish comes with 2 types a cheese Monterey jack and cheddar, in the other places you get a mix of white and yellow shredded cheese, but here i only had a white cheese but i mean it could of been a with cheddar so thats whatever. Except that the cheese wasn't even melted... Also it looked like there was a hair in my dish (thin white strand), i raised my consern to the waitress who immediately took the plate back. Turns out apparently the cheese is always like that (uncooked) and it wasn't a hair it was dust/a fiber... which im still unsure which is worse dust or hair?Anyways ate it and it was still good just not like every other ben&flo.
If you don't want to make orders for take out delivery app, don't list your restaurant there. Almost everytime I try to order with a takeout app like skip or door dash this restaurant doesn't confirm the order. The order is then cancelled after a while.Today the order was only confirmed when the dasher arrived to the restaurant after I already waited for 45min. Food arrived with missing and wrong items and it was ice cold.Will never order from there again.I really like Ben et Florentine as a franchise but this particular restaurant is a disgrace.
