Night service is really bad. Waited 20 minutes without anyone in front of me. Everything was cold but i didn't want to wait more..The lettuce felt old and moshi. And they gave me cheese when i specifically said to make sure not to put any. (intolerance)Since the cheese melted during the 20 minutes wait, it could not be removed, had to throw the burger away. Used to like the place for a late burger after work but it is not the first time this happen... But i can assure you it will be the last as i won't be coming back.
Place has gone down hill, ALOT. If it isn't the ridiculous wait at the drive-thru (45 minutes at 11pm is nutty), it's the food quality that's disappointing (dry to the bone chicken burgers), or it's the fact that I have to park my car and then run inside and chase after people for things I'm missing in the bag (napkins, condiments, etc.)!My wife and I used to love coming here for a late night bite once in a while, now it's like Russian roulette... Is our food going to be okay, or did we burn $40 for nothing? Lately, the McDonald's across the street has been turning out a better product, and I don't have to wait 45 minutes from mic to window (and wonder if the attendant is gonna have attitude or not).Corporate better get this sorted, I know staffing is an issue, but it's no excuse for a subpar product.
Very nice people at this location. Feel very good eating here this day.
Just went there with my elderly mom for dinner. Excellent service followed by quick chat with Gerard there. He was busy helping front staff,.and cleaning after customers. This A&w is our go-to place as we have always received great service.
Quality has been going down lately. No onion rings on one occasion, no lettuce on another. One time it felt like they dropped the whole salt bucket on my onion rings to the point where I actually spit it out (and im super not a picky eater). It's all around the best fast food joint for a good burger in Gatineau but can't recommend the one on top of montée paiement. The gas station at the bottom of paiment is much superior A&W although smaller and less inviting.
Night staff can’t understand simple instructions gave me everything wrong I call 10 times they answer and hang up right away. Paid $40 for nothing I asked for my kids under 6 would have gotten more right then that
Wow usually when you go to a fast food place the staff don’t have a care in the world about customer service.Today I went and ordered white Jeremy. He was so polite and really made my experience great. He was hustling to take orders and seemed cheerful the whole time.Jeremy thanks for the amazing customer service.
Always good at A&W.. be sure to check coupons online. We save minimum 10$ per couple every time.
The best cold meal you can ever get specially the french fries mixed with cold ones cooked at least half an hour before it's served
Just went now at 6:30am no body in line. Coffee was cold. Asked for jam did not get any. Toast was cold and had 1/2 inch of lard on top disgusting. Not going back there
