Flat drinks, stale fries, old lettuce and stale burger patty. If you want A&W go somewhere else, this franchise is garbage.

Great staff, they replaced the food we got when it was too cold... However, 1 of 2 of the fry packets was just as cold in the second go. I think the staff were really trying, but it's a little express A&W and I don't think their salamander or heat lamps on their food area were working. I mean the old fries were bad and room temp, the new ones out of the dryer hot. So something's clearly wrong there.
