Only reliable fast-food in Gatineau late at night. I don't mind waiting 45minutes for my order.
Pretty much just seeing what others have said so far about this location. The staff is very efficient and the service is stellar. Food is always warm and the order is always on point. Inside the restaurant is very clean so I can’t knock any stars from my final verdict. 100% I would recommend this location. Keep up the great work.
This location is just amazing. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The food is always warm and fresh. The order always accurate. For a fast food joint, this location takes pride in their service. We’ve placed an order here for 6 adults and 4 kids at one time, NO ERRORS. None! The entire order was exactly as requested (including the ones with specifics such as no tomato or onions etc.). I’ve also run into a situation when I ordered ahead of time for pick up and when I got there, nobody knew where my order was. We quickly realized it had simply been misplaced with the Uber Eats/Skip the Dish orders and without hesitation or ask the manager took it upon herself to just re-do my order so it could be warm/fresh. I don’t know if it’s great management or great employees (probably both) but bravo!
I work night shifts and over the past month and a half, I have been going to this A&W between 1-3am, 4 to 5 days a week.I have gotten to know the late night workers pretty well. The fulltimers Mark and Jesse are amazing workers. Jesse has a pleasant voice and Mark works the BBQ like a Grill King.Sometimes you'll come in with 3-4 cars already in line and I know they're working hard to get through it, so I don't mind the extra wait. For we all know; Good things come to those who wait.Thank you Mark and Jesse for making my evenings all the more pleasant!
Was just at this location and got the best service I've ever gotten from a restaurant. The girl at the drive thru was upbeat and friendly and even used a coupon I didn't know about. 5 star service, will definitely be back
Today we ordered at the restaurant… no wait what so ever. Excellent customer service from staff very professional and absolutely incredible.. we had a very large order to be more specific we ordered for a total of 131$ of food. They didn’t make any errors everything was perfect… it was still hot when I got home… Wow wow wow superb service we ordered Sunday April 3 rd around 5pm you know how to hire staff because of that we now don’t even go to McDonald’s cause they can’t even make an order correct… missing patty, for get the fries, wrong soft drinks the list goes on…. Honestly the last couple of times I have been here they have messed up. Some guy who was working in the kitchen while I was sitting in drive-thru basically Chuck the bag out the window into my car. It was not even the meal that I had ordered and paid for it through the app. It's not every time I go there there seems to be something but most often. I'm not rushing back anytime soon. Very disappointed
I don't speak French and that's never been an issue at this location; drive-thru has always been accurate with my order
I was served at car order by this wonderful employee, so pleasent, I had no choice to ask her her name, this is a wonderful employee.Her name was Marie-Louise, we need more employees like her in today's customers service.
