Fast service most of the time. Very clean looking location. Wide variety of fast food. Like chilli, baked potato, hamburgers, fries, Poutine, Chicken wraps, etc
If fresh beef and natural cut fries are the major attraction of the place, it failed tremendously on the selection of the number one condiment of the world ketchup. While the ketchup was pumped out from the jar, it failed the pumping test. Instead of having the characteristic of difficult to pump, it flowed out . It did not have the viscosity of the ketchup that everyone knew. While it was inside the little paper container, the ketchup leveled up like water. The real ketchup will not level and would land into the container like uneven terrain. And worst of all, the ketchup failed the color test. It was not carrying the attractive color of red and ripe tomato. It looked like an off color reddish liquid. Ketchup was made to be thick so that the French fries will not become soggy. It ruined the natural skin on fries that the restaurant used to attract customers. I should have given four stars for the food. However, with the ketchup equation being zero. This is a two stars experience.
I went in today, July 4 and the men's toilet was leaking into the dining area. The restaurant smelt of garbage. Completely unacceptable. It would have been best to close the restaurant until the problem was fixed.
The hamburgers are very good, it is the least aggressive fast food in the hamburger market, the fries and the meat are not greasy, and the kid's hamburger combo has low-sugar apple juice from the Honest Kids brand. Good burgers ?. The establishments are clean and their menu is in French and English.
It's actually 4.5 cause sometimes they could do with more salt on their fries.. and sometimes the food isn't as hot as I'd like but they still ok... good people
I ordered small Caesars salad, a couple of sandwiches and lemonade.They didn't send me lemonade, threw some bacon on top of lettuce and sent me this instead!How is this acceptable? Just horrible...
I went to this location yesterday and it was DIRTY! They must have had 6+ staff members working and the restaurant was a complete mess, ice all over the floor, drink spillage not being cleaned up, the condiment stand look like it got hit by a tornado.The best part of this experience was the kid who took my order at the cash, he was polite and well mannered.
Historically, this Wendy's has messed up a lot of drive thru orders and they aren't improving. Our latest order was two burgers and one fry. I repeated it 3 times because the girl seemed confused and watched the order show up on the screen. So far so good. The order came out the window without the fries and no copy of the bill.
Good food! I come here often. Drive-thru service is pretty slow if there are ~4 or more cars.
Went at 11 pm, maybe that explains the warm drink, cold chicken and burger?
