went this morning to get a Timsmatin on English muffin..the girl gave me a English muffin that was all broken up and attempted to still make my sandwich and just piled up the broken piece on top...REALLY how are you supposed to eat this without a proper top...ITS A SANDWICH you need two whole tops to hold it and keep the inside condiments..no longer a customer.

Some employees are nice, others aren’t. The owner is rude. The food is old and disgusting.

Horrible Tims. Go somewhere else. The manager is rude to customers. My husband witnessed the manager being rude to an older lady over doughnuts. The older lady wanted to pick out which doughnuts she wanted but the manager was arguing and getting rude with her saying she never said that,ect.. My husband had to say something because she did say she wanted to pick which ones. Over freaking doughnuts! It's not that hard to make another box with the doughnuts she's wants. We just left and will never stop here again. Ridiculous customer service!
Always wait too long in drive thru. Boston cream donuts no cream inside nice ppl bad service I go every day at break but not necessarily anymore
The slowest drive through ever ,always short staff and the line up is often long because big orders are not asked to wait on the side
