EXCELLENT customer service here! Everyone is always so courteous, friendly and polite. It doesn't hurt that the service is also speedy, whether it's at the drive thru or take-away inside ??
Worst customer service ever. Employees and managers don't even speak proper French to serve clients... I am in Québec I want to be serve in French. Not asking employees to write a PhD in French but come on just the basic.. it's a shame..
I have been going to this Tim Hortons for a long time. They can't get anything right ever. The people working have 0 customer service skills. Cant tell who is management and who isn't. The employees l. Ordered an ice coffee they gave me an ice capp. When I said it was wrong they took the ice capp back gave me the ice coffee but charged me the ice capp. When I said that to the ride guy working a Saturday morning I was told "its the same price" no its not. Overall horrible place and they should be all re trained!. Today was no different. Over cooked eggs. Ice coffee tastes like sugar and milk. They just don't care!

Long time customer, 10+ years. I'm one of the first people in line, every Saturday, waiting patiently for them to open late, every Saturday. First time ever forgetting my mask... Store policy is zero tolerance for customer service. Can't give me a mask or let me order via the drive-through, even though it's a ghost-town without another customer or car in sight. Never going back.
Today morning i went to get myself a sandwich which i usually do as all time . In the mornings i usually buy chicken wrap or egg sandwiches or etc ..An employee was taking my order saying that i couldn’t buy no chicken wrap, or jambon sandwich!!The menu of morning its ONLY with eggs . What if im tired of eating that egg muffin every day? Or im allergic? I cant eat chicken in the morning?? Or jambon? No very disappointed. Change your manager..
