Very slow and very inexperienced staff. Been here many times not by choice and every time very slow and the quality food has decreased. My bagel was hard as a rock they Never added bacon like asked, and when I asked for a vanilla latte they gave me hot milk. They did not know how to make it I asked him to exchange it for an ice cap and they gave me an ice cap that was also not made correctly how do you mess up an ice Cap from a machine? I realize it’s hard to find good help these days but everyone needs to go through proper Training regardless. This location is losing money per transaction.
I go there for coffe twice a day but since a new employee that started a month ago, the smelly hands stinking the cup and lid is absolutely Disgusting like some old granny lotion.. Plus they have no shame to serve you stale bread hard as a rock obvious to the one cutting the bagel what an insult...
Been here a couple of times and I either get amazing service by some staff or really slow, really unfriendly service by this one lady. She always looks at me weird when I specifically ask them to stir my coffee well… believe me I don’t want to ask, but if I feel the need to it’s because every time I get my coffee all of the sugar is at the bottom and that makes it undrinkable. I worked at a Tim Hortons a couple of years ago, and while I know stuff changes, I also know how strict their training is and how strongly they enforce stirring the coffee… so don’t wait for your clients to ask… just stir the coffee ??♀️
I ordered Mocha Ice Capp with whipped cream. The whipped cream was very little, I never got this less cream in any Tim Hortons. When I asked him to add more he said that this is what it should be, he can’t fill completely. And said it’s 0.50$ more for more cream

I went through their drive through today, and the guy told me that the machine wasn't working at the window, and I had to park and come in to pay. When I went in to pay, I waited another 10 mins for them just to pass my card, plus the lady tried to charge me for 2 extra croissants which I never even ordered. Not only that, they passed other people at the window with the machine. Do better.

The employees are doing their best at this location but the management of the owner is terrible. They are always understaffed and always out of stock.
Courteous, prompt and clean service, with VERY FRESH COFFEE ! Nice cashiers - the two ladies that served me then especially - were very friendly ! Thank You for making my day - while I was shopping and as I was craving coffee ! I will come back, once I will pass by again ! Great location, close to everything also. Cheers ! ☕️
