Smooth operation inside. Unfortunately if you want just a simple cup of coffee, you need to wait til the queue and your name comes up versus the old days of getting it right away at the counter when paying.
Its my first time doing a review and there is a wondering sweet girl i think her name is Melissa her co workers call her Mel the first time i ever came to Starbucks i didnt know what to get she asked me if i like cold hot what flavour that i always like to have anyways she's a very welcoming her communication with me is amazing she's a wonderful worker the second time i was sitting in the cafe and i hear her ask her staff if they were all working as a team i just wanted to write a review for her she deserves it everytime i come to this store she makes sure everything is done make sure her staff ok she is always on top of this i feel like she will be a great manager or owner whatever the case may be she will go far in this company everytime she works everything always run soomthly and fast service!
Amazing Starbucks! Would definitely recommend, the employees are very nice and well organized! Got my drinks so fast!!
Very clean with lots of windows and natural light to read or do some work. Comfortable couches to the side. Friendly staff. Only negative is it was chilly inside. They should turn up the heat a little
I come here often and I’d say that my experience with the staff and the drinks has always been positive. However, I would rate my overall experience 4 stars because it’s always way too cold in this Starbucks. The ventilation system is always sending out cold air and even with a hoodie, my head feels cold after 30 minutes, which is quite unpleasant.
Service is long and every time I pass in drive through they never seem to close the lid properly, white chocolate mocha doesnt taste as good as it used to
Used to be my one of my favorite daily stops until one day I heard one of the employees yelling anti-vax and anti-mask stuff behind the counter to other workers and customers. Holding your own views is one thing but to be doing it as an employee of a food site is unprofessional and possibly dangerous. Feel uncomfortable going anymore and sad to see the state that not only this store but Starbucks as a whole is in these days.
The customer service here is truly amazing. The quality of drinks have always been spectacular! Love this Starbucks!!
Long wait times but they are working hard!I just wish they were a bit more staffed to help clients a bit quicker .
This location likes to close earlier then advertised and they do not care if someone got into the que before their closing time or not. In fact I waited for 5-6 mins at the microphone and I could hear the music but no one spoke and I attempted to reach them at the window and 2-3 employees saw me and ignored and I was there for 6-7 mins. Finally an employee told me that they are closed with hand gestures. The employees here so disrespectful towards the clients. This is not the first time something like this has happened to me.
