Starbucks on blvd. St-Jean has been closed except for drive-thru for a couple weeks, with no explanation to customers. Not only is this frustrating, but it’s discriminatory to younger patrons and patrons without vehicles. This is creates unequitable access to Starbucks and should be resolved asap.
5 to 6 staff at drive through but no one cared for clients. Busy with their cell phones. Took forever to serve. One staff was sitting on drive through window. Never had such a terrible experience in Starbucks.

Well staffed and runs rather efficiently given the current state of staff in restaurants.
Arrived at 7:05 am Saturday. Tables and floor had not been cleaned or wiped. Ordered two egg, bacon and sausage wraps. They were overcooked, hard and dryStrawberry acai refresher was like strawberry water. One of two coffee orders were wrong and I was not asked if I wanted to have my muffin warmed up. Won't be going back to Starbucks boul St Jean real soon!

Thursday, April 21 came in to the store to studyI asked them what time they close they specifically told me 10pm and the guy asked another worker to make sure !!In the middle of my exam 9:25pm the barista came over and told me and evryone at the store to leave because they decided to close early (I’m wondering what kind of manager just deciding to close early when people are still seating)I did ask why the answer was “we decided to close early”Zero respect , how can you just close like that and tell evryone to leave (keep in mind there was at least 10 customers)Shame won’t be back
Walked there on the weekend it closed at 4pm randomly, walked over today cafe closed only drive thru open won’t take our order cause we are not a car! Done wasting my time with this place.
