The pizza is succulent, the ingredients are fresh and generous. They know their stuff!!
Worst submarine ever bread burnt tomatoes look like they have been sitting on a counter all day. Very greasy use to be a customer nit anymore after this submarine.Disappointed.....

“An acquired taste” is what I was told when asking about their Italian sodapop Brio. Seeing the great range of good and bad reviews on here, and my own mediocre experience I feel this “acquired taste” really describes the food here. The friendly and efficient staff are really the stars of this review. But steer clear of the poutine: that acidic gelatinous sauce is not gravy, and those fries are plain gritty. It’s a real sacrilege considering we are in the mecca and homeland of this dish. The stale bread sub was subpar (5 points for me for the pun), but the side mayo is a nice touch. I’ve put the pizza on hold for now - I can only stomach so much… And well, the Brio soft drink is an experience of its own and only for the adventurous or worldly souls : it’s not quite like Dr Pepper as it was suggested but a cross between a goofy white Mr.Freeze popsicle and bitter and lonely Schweppes tonic water. That was the highlight of my order. For the inebriated 3am post-party zombies roaming the streets, this joint will meet your need for carbs, but bad judgement calls is generally part of your program at that point. Not to mention you’ll need to wait a few hours before they open. Bon appétit !Update: Pizza does the job, even 24hrs later and unrefrigerated it’s holding strong. That’s impressive in itself. Conclusion : stick to the pizza.

Good overall. As someone from NY, I think pizza here is comparatively overpriced, but given the local market was happy with this place.

Ordered a large half and half pizza with fries. The fries were horrible! They were overcooked and cold. Can't believe they allowed those fries to leave their kitchen. Just goes to show, that they allow poor quality to leave their kitchen and make the customer pay for it! That's shameful!
Pizza store NOT give money to driver so asked customer to pay 15 % tip. Driver is aggressive and demanding.Store manager (women): when I give a call qnd ask for mqnager she said no manager, then put me on hold and she became manager. said NOT to buy next time.Sure, I better buy form other who deserved.
