It's a McDonald's. Do what you will with that info. One gripe is that at night the drive through is a complete gamble. It's always packed past 12 am since they are open 24h which is fine. However, there have been occasions where service randomly stops for over 30 min (i.e. NO ONE IS GETTING SERVED). One time I was even trapped in the drive through for 90 minutes without moving. What were the employees doing????
Drive thru ordered coffee with cream and milk on the side, they inserted them inside and the coffee was cold, and ordering an apple pie after that order and they never gave it to me.Make sure you double check when you leave at their counter in your car before you leave and I have had 3 times with their Philippino/Asian Manager. My apologies I didn't get her name that she was rude with her tone and conducting business.
Always a line up for the drive thru. Sometime the wait is 20 min (same wait inside). No matter what you order there is always an issue with the order being wrong or something is missing.Even the quality of the coffee isn't the same as it used to be.
very busy and food was good. only problem , went to thd counter to ask for a straw, the girl did not verify just said everything was in the bag. Got to my car only to find out, nothing other than my burger and fries were there. but that is why they call it fast food,should have checked myself.
Yes, service can be slow during rush hour, but I’m still giving a five star review because the employees are nice and polite, plus they don’t mind you bringing your books with you and sitting on a table to study
Ordered 3 meals on Dec 19th. If I could rate less than 1 star I would.One was the Bacon and crispy onion quarter pounderRest #: 40453 N.TRANS.1LNF714JNJThis order was totally messed up they put qty 5 crispy onions on the burger there were no pickles inside plus the put something that tasted like tarter sauce the entire meal was ruined we waited 1/2 hour to get the order. Not only was it all cold but it was totally messed up.so our $42+ meal was a flop. We can’t reach the restaurant the voicemail is always full or just rings .I have reached out to Macdonalds head office twice now provided phone and email and still no solution.Everytime we go to that location the order is messed up they literally toss your order out the window are totally impatient and most of the time they do t listen.I would like to hear from Macdonalds head office regarding this issue via email also leave me a phone number who I may call directly at the head office. This type of service can not be overlooked. I have been really patient it’s now jan 11th where’s the customer service???
FOR DASHERS/UBER: This mcdonalds likes to take their sweet time with delivery orders. It's better to take orders from other places rather than an order from here unless you like to wait 30 minutes for them to prepare it.
Nicer than many MCD. Clean. Happy staff. Room to move. Many menu boards, well kept. Double soda fountain, so no waiting. Well run. Lots of parking.
One of the best McDonald's ! Fast and polite service.I was served by a very friendly employee, Julian, who made myvisit a pleasant experience.The restaurant is clean,a young employee always mopping the floors,picking up trash and washing tables. It's nice to see such a diligent staff.Highly recommended!
My first visit was a very slow service. I did order 5 breakfast trios(2 sandwiches and 3 wraps) which i can understand. However it took 45 mins to get my food. I asked for the sugar,milk and creme on the side for the coffees and it seems they put them on a different bag to a different customer. So i wait again for that. Hash browns were very soft that can break easily by simply holding it. Overall not great.
