Excellent location terrace with plenty tables, facing south east . It is ideal to enjoy a cup of coffee while meeting someone to come by bus. The bus station is less than 100 feet away.
Terrible place to go. My credit card data got stolen from this place it seems. The next day I had some transactions as a surprise and i have to go through a lot of pain to get a new card and all. Do not visit this store at all. Especially do not do drive thru because it is very near to parking lot to get the card details stolen.
Got my order and went to sit down when I accidentally spilled my Coffee. I am like no big deal so I went to see the women who served me and I asked her for a refill because I accidentally spilled my coffee. She told me sorry sir I can’t do refills here. Then she said ok I will get you a refill and got me a new cup but I knew she was upset at me. I told her about the spill and she told me she knew and she is getting someone to clean it. When the janitor at the McDonald’s came to clean it she shrugged her arms like it was a huge deal to clean the mess up.Not impressed on the attitude of the staff at this McDonald’s although the food is good.
I used to work at McDonalds a very long time ago. The quality has become shameful at the St. Jean restaurant. They don’t even check what’s in the bag. Cheated out of quantity and when arrived home 5 minutes later, the food was cold and tasteless. It went in the garbage. Of course nobody answers when you call. Shameful.
Expensive 2 coffees...it's the $2.25 gas and 40 minutes in drive thru line for mobile order. Absolute bull$hit. Get your $hit together. Pay and treat employees well or shut down the drive thru if you can't adequately serve customers.(3:00 to 3:50 pm June 12th, if any Mcds manager cares)
25 minutes wait at the drivethrew for a coffee with 3 cars in front of me ended up being late for work.They never mix the coffee prior to giving it to you so when you reach near the end of your cup its disgusting way too much sugar at the bottom.
Omg! I cannot believe this! From 7:50 to 21:06! With advanced mobile order! After long time waiting and multiple asking, my husband finally able to talk to the person in charge! And guess what, she told my husband: I have already called your number, you didn’t come!So… he stood there for 76minutes, asked 4 times for his order, and been blamed not coming up to pick it up. Oh wow! Such a good service!When I went to pick him up, kids are crying in the car, he took the order when they told him to. Now we are back home, we don’t have the junior burger and 6 chicken nuggets. I don’t know where else I can send in the complain to, at least, we deserve an apologize.
Waited 5+ minutes for my food, when it's ready in clear sight. It seems the employees prioritize door dash orders before clients inside the store. Really horrible service.
They never get the order right. There's always something wrong. Ordered egg McMuffin with bacon got sausage instead. No hash brown, fries instead. They don't even tell you. Open the bag and it's surprise you got wrong. Not going anymore.
About twice a year i get a massive craving for a Big Mac. This was the day. The place was super busy so everything was piping hot and oh sooo good. Not often but when craving hits it's extra special with trio coupon !
