Our dinner last evening was fabulous in terms of food, drink, and excellent A+ service however we almost left when we were first seated due to the very loud hockey tournament group who were making unnecessary noise with screams as they were playing tag around the table. We understand "business is business" but I think it may be a strategy that the Monza management may want to review. Many tables around us were frustrated and told us it happened repetitively so much a number of clients left upset to never return. Just being honest as this has been a favourite resto for my hubby and I when we dine locally. We have a great respect for the owners and managers in this well run establishment. Please keep us loyal customers in mind. Aside from that we enjoyed the service and awesome food!
Went here with my dad for his birthday dinner and it was great. The waiter was this muscular chad (I don't remember his name ?). He was very polite. We had ordered the meatball, garlic bread, calamari and two pizzas. One pepperoni and one cheese. I didn't try the cheese someone else had it. The pepperoni was very good. I had some of the meatball. It tasted like sausage. The kind my grandmother makes ❤️. Overall I had a good time. I went to see the new Doctor Strange movie right after. Thanks Monza for making this day great. ?
I feel like the food would have been so much better if it wasn't delivered. Since it arrived lukewarm, the pizza dough was a bit too chewy. Nonetheless, the flavours for the pizza were good and the ingredients were fresh. The sauce was not overpowering the cheese nor the mushrooms and it combined the flavours of the both very well. Sadly, the exterior of the crust was slightly charred and that ruined the flavours a bit. The pasta on the other hand was a bit lacking in flavours in comparison to the pizza. I did really enjoy however the sudden burst of flavours from time to time provided by the tomatoes. The pasta itself was decent but nothing extraordinary and the bread that came with it was crunchy on the outside but still soft on the inside. The part that bothers me the most is that they packed the tiramisu in the same bag as the pasta, so it arrived warm and it did not look as amazing as it should be. The flavours and the texture were still pretty good.

They royally messed up our uber order - they did not respect instructions due to religious dietary restrictions and many add ons were missing; it wasn’t edible for us. We contacted them and they promised to make it up to us but we never got anything nor heard from them. Disappointing.
Delicious Italian food
Great food. One gripe I had was that I asked for hot peppers on my sandwich and the waitress said sure without informing me that there would be a $4.00 charge. That's like 20% of the meal. It was $4 for me and $4 for my friend. Ridiculous!
Very good quality Italian food. Good service and Classy decor. Enjoyed the meal with my 2 year old and wife. Waitress was very accommodating.
My waiter was not wearing his mask properly....was under his nose the whole time and almost falling off his face. Service was not the best either. Been in the past with no issues. This was disappointing. I want to keep coming so writing this in hopes this gets rectified.
Very exquisite place. Delicious fute, awesome staff and shoutout to my 2 favorite bartender they were awesome. Great place for gt and enjoy watching sports too
