1) Double check your order on the drive-through view screen to make sure they got it down right. It has happened a few times here where they misheard what I was ordering.2) One of the guys working here has an over-the-top elitist attitude when it comes to French accents. I grew up in (eastern) Ontario, I know I speak French very well, but for some reason he had the audacity to try to correct my pronunciation of "vert". You know what I was saying, that's enough.3) They once closed down the dining room... while I was in it (10 am on a Saturday, they had a staffing shortage). Had to get someone to unlock the door for me. That's definitely against the fire code.
I just went, they didn't have one of the things on the menu, to apologize they gave me a chocolate boston cream donut and I have to say, that was the best one I ever remember having

They definitely prioritize the drive through over the in restaurant customers. Selection of donuts is lacking.
This location will close at least 15 minutes before their actual closing time. If you order through the app, you will need to get your order another day. Very disappointing.
I... really wanted tims this morning.... Regrets. There was mold on my bread. I called and the guy was nice said he'd write my name down so I'd have a sandwich but still maddning, transport, time, no breakfast ._.
I have gone to this Tim Hortons for a couple of months and the staff on the drive -thru who takes the orders are extremely rude and disrespectful to the customers. The majority of the employees at window seem to be a bit more tolerant of us the consumer. But I do not believe that Customer Service is a priority at this franchise.
This location is awful. They NEVER, and I mean NEVER get my order right, and the coffee is always burnt. The wait time is ridiculous and only the drive through is open, even though everything has reopened since covid. The only reason I gave two stars is because the staff is always polite and cheerful.
Slow service. Burnt, or sour coffee continuously.Staff is younger and prone to inattention, (napkins,straws,trays, correct orders) although they are polite, and courteous.In-Store has not reopened, and is exclusively a drive through, Which complicates accuracy and immediate quality checks. M
