Pretty standard Tim Hortons, fairly nice looking location.Only downside of my visit was they had few donuts, no vanilla for any drinks, and were unable to make any iced teas apparently. Wife and I joked that it may have been faster to ask what they do have.
Worst tim hortons ever. They only have 2 employees working and I placed an order through the mobile app. I asked for my order and the employee said I need to wait in line. I would give it no star if possible. Worst customer service at this tim hortons! They’re all so slow!
Today 2022/06/09 I have arrived at 8:45 pm in the drive through line. 2 other cars were in front of me. After 10 minutes waiting got my order and still waiting to get my small coffee. After 10 minutes waiting again still nothing. Finally the car in front of me left with out getting his order and me too. This really ridiculous waiting 20 minutes just for small coffee. The poor owner is loosing his customers because of nonprofessional and lazy stuff.
The options are very limited. It is either they do not have the necessary items to make their menu items or they do not have it at all. On all of the years I have come here countless times, it is always the case, especially with any cold beverages. I recommend not going there for anything unless it is for coffee. The staffs are also very slow and some do not have any manners. Everytime I went, I had to wait at least 30 mins for my order of 3 drinks.I give this a 2 stars because I do at least appreciate the fact that one of the staff had tried to make it up for the sloppy job the other staff did as the drinks looked like some weird slush (ordered Creamy Chills). They also did not have whip cream and it isn't the first time we encountered that issue.The donuts and timbits options were very limited as well. I really recommend going for a different Tim Hortons if you want a better selection.
Super slow service and always forget to put sugar/syrup in my Tim ice coffee.Im very disappointed, i would only go here when i have no time to go to another Timhortons.
I don't know what to say except that this is by far the worse Tim Hortons I've ever been to. The outside is filthy, huge potholes not being repaired. Tried to order an egg sandwich. I was told they had no eggs nor bacon. One employee in particular is extremely lazy. Even though there is no on in the restaurant, he purposely makes you wait at the drive thru. Horrible business. Manager needs to step it up.
Terrible service and long wait time! Also, from reading the comments on this page, I haven’t seen anyone mention the fact there are two huge potholes in the drive thru. Someone is going to brake a tire or something in their suspension!
I waited in drive through for 30 min and i just waited until i moved to the window where they pick orders the guy told me sorry its closed and it was still 11:45pm?
Waited a good 30 minutes in the drive through only to wait another 10 minutes for the food, when I got my food the lettuce was rotten and there was MULTIPLE hairs. I waited all that time just to waste money and end up not eating.
I made a mobile order, so I payed in advance. Doors locked while it says pick up available, plus all the handsanitizer and stuff are at the door. Don't offer pickup in there's no pickup available. The workers inside saw me pointing at my phone and waving and didn't do anything at all.A STRANGER then let me in THEIR CAR and helped me pick up my order in the drive-thru.Covid... I get it, but this is just ridiculous.
