every Saturday morning I have to go to this Tim’s because it’s the only one on my way to work, and they’re always super rude & if we don’t answer them in one second they’ll say “Hello?????” like we’re you never taught patience? And like somebody else said, they always cut us off and say “is that all?” But they’re like passive aggressive about it and it’s annoying.

I was passing through the drive through on my way to work and in the middle of our order the person taking it asked "is that all" cutting us off twice. Then finally screamed "is that all" increadibly rude service to deal with.They also often lack stock or make mistakes on the orders.I pass by here regularly because it's the only Tim's between my work and home. But if you can go elsewhere I suggest you do

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST TIM HORTONS EVER.Staff is extremely rude and disrespectful. they never have anything in stock and always get my order wrong. I’m done going to that place

They never have anything, whoever orders their inventory needs to find another job....

Manager is incompetent at ordering the proper inventory for their staff (always missing things). There is one or two girls in the morning staff usually who are unable to answer ANY question, they sometimes yell, sometimes they laugh at custommers together, they are extremely impatient and flat out impolite. They have a lot of good staff as well but that girl in the morning is very often taking orders and ruining everyone's morning. I simply don't understand why she is still there after months of being rude and extremely unprofessional.

Limited selection compared to a standard Tim Hortons, but worsened by the fact that the drive thru menu has many more items than the in-store menu so if you don't know you just assume the limited menu is all they have.Staff seems friendly, but not fully bilingual (even for some menu item names).A few times that I have gone there they have been either out of donuts or out of iced capp mix.

Only got a doughnut, it was alright. It was also the only one they had, chocolate dip.

I think this is the worst Tim Horton ...Something is missing all the time and this is not the first time.If you can't manage your stock , just close the restaurant.This morning , no petit pain a desjeuner , no plain bagle , no sesame bagles and when i ask the girl ( named : Fishtar ) to repete what bagle they do have she seems irritated to repete and answer to me by oh my god.Seriusly , i didn't expect an answer like that from a Tim Horton employe.
