I would say give 3 stars but since covid, this Tim Hortons is just doing worse and worse. Often, its closed when it should be open. Often, half of the menu is not available for ordering. Food and ingredients are okay.
The only reason for the 2 stars is for the wonderful staff. They are very friendly and polite. As for the rest I must say they should close this place down. They are always out of stock on so many things and they stop serving any type of food at 6 pm it’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever experienced sorry but I will be finding another nearby Tim’s to go to
This is a message to the Head of Operations of Tim Hortons Canada - the guy in charge at Sinclair Road. Oakville, ON. Please do something about this franchisee. Maybe a refresher training on management ? The horrible service inside store and drive-through just cant get any worse. They are simply incapable taking an order as simple as medium coffee with 2 sugars and 1 milk. I go there sometimes in the morning around 6am, and there maybe 1-2 cars in line, but they get my small order wrong more than 50% of time !!! How is this even possible??? I just throw my Tim coffees in the garbage without drinking them and go to another McDonalds on my way to work, and get the right coffee there.
Customer service is zero 0000! Impolite stuff! You don't get what you order. Specially one blond girl, she is always rude and impolite and she doesn't know how to behave with customers. Example : they made a mistake in my order, instead of apologizing and replace it , she refused to fix the problem or replacing it .
Always close before 13.00 but if you arrive with car it’s ok ! Work slow! Personal don’t know menu of the place not polite always stay in the corner and laugh so loud instead of Give to the customer his order ! Worst place in all county

I just went to Tim's and the door was locked then went in the drive there and waited 30 minutes to order got coffee and a bagel the bagel was cold and the bacon was cold and arrive was terrible
They are occasionally low on staff but just as good as any other times
Worst Staff!! not professional and they do not understand English.Always give a different item against your order.
Incompetent, unprofessional, disrespectful. I wish someone would properly train these young workers how to serve clients.
