I just went to order a breakfast and they had nothing.
Very poor service, went twice in the same week, first time I was with a group of friends and was told to leave before (way before closing time) we assumed it was because they wanted to clean but never told us why? They just said "well can you just leave soon?" we felt like we were being kicked out way before closing time for their convenience.... Second time my partner and I left because of how rude the older woman was.
Hit or miss. Doesn’t respect opening hours. Not always good quality.
Super polite, and when I won a free coffee with roll up the rim, they rang a cow bell and celebrated as they handed me my coffee at the drive through!! It’s so refreshing to see people who are genuinely happy at work and in a good mood, versus other locations who look like they’re fulfilling a prison sentence. Keep up the great work folks!
Very dissatisfied!! The employee FRANCINE LOUISA is not correctly wear the mask!! It’s really dangerous to all the clients. She didn’t take the right order on the car through service! And her attitude of work is so bad and impolite .
They didn’t give me exactly which i ordered and Louisa who claimed she is superviser did not care about my complaint and refused to give me a good service , very very unprofessional
Been coming here for a couple of months almost on a regular basis. The team is so sweet . Should there be a long line up, it goes fast and they always have a positive vibe and think again to your needs. For my daughters birthday - they even made her day. With birthday wishes I also got a chance to be part of my order having been paid from the customer in front. Lol I was happily surprised so I continued the trend to the driver next in Line.Thanks to the hard working people here for making our day always special... and coffee is always good ☕?? see you again tomorrow lol ?
We went at the drive thru for two medium hot chocolat and a small coffee ☕️We ended up with three small hot chocolate in large cup. Obviously since we are Timyvore ( go to Tim a lot) we quickly realized that the cup were too light.Guess what?We payed more than what we got... did they think we wouldn’t realize?I don’t know, but whatever it sucks!
Doors are closed to people without car, Just drive through service available. Unbelievable! Every Tim Hortons now sets their own rules!
Tim hortons really need to up their recruitment game. Their public image is only getting worse with employees that have zero customer service skills. No manners and forget the smile, you’d be asking for too much. We requested a medium glass of water with our order, and the VERY rude lady gave us a small glass of water (half full) without a lid. And when I requested a lid, I even said please for gods sake, she abruptly responded “no. That’s all you can get”Seriously Tim’s??
