Every other day they are closed. Don't trust their schedule from Google Maps. During most of the rush hours they are closed, including weekends.I don't understand why Tim Hortons tolerates this situation, it's been like that for months. They can give thile TM franchise to another owner which is able to run the business properly.

Terrible customer service. There are items advertised on the drive thru board that weren’t available. The guy taking our order kept cutting us off with dumb questions which derailed our order. They tried to offer a small drink in lieu of the medium that comes with the order. We ordered tea with milk and sugar and the typed in coffee, when we corrected them to tea they provided it black and we got a massive eye roll when I asked for some milk and sugar packets for the my tea and he came out with one milk.And they threw the food loosely in the bag without wraps on the individual items. And frankly it was pretty dry.
The worst customer service I ever had a Tim hortons, and I use to work at a Tims Hortons, so I know the type of service I should receive. Everytime I go to this Tims I'm accused of giving the wrong order, when it is never the case. The cashier would put in the wrong order and say that's what I order. When they are wrong! Then have the audacity to say it is my fault, because they can't hear properly through the headset. So is that my fault!The worst customer service ever! Do better Tim hortons!

Walk in 12.54 pm ,no customer in the store and no one at the cashier to serve you. One sitting near the drive Thur window with no car. Stand there for a minute no service, just walk out.
Poor selection: often low or no doughnuts- the day staff blames the night shift and the night shift blames the day shift. We drive out of our way to give our business elsewhere as a result, and so do most of the people we know in our neighbourhood.
Says they close at 7pm but they mostly close between 5pm and 6pm, and most of the time theyre close during day and lunch, sometimes you can't use drive thru, sometimes you can't order inside, most of the time they jsut suck real bad. They often have nothing much to sell and sometimes kids are so young they don't know how to work by themselves and end up swearing big time outloud. ''Good food''.
I just a proud Canadian and I am a proud Tom Hortons lover. Their Tim Matin Bagels are my go to. Love love love Tim Hortons, they are definitely my must stop place during any kind of road trip.
