The owner is so rude , it’s crazy . We asked for a box to take away the food we didn’t finish and he was just waving his hands, like leave me alone. My son asked for a spoon and he yelled at him “ nooo” . Seriously?The food is also not as good as other Thai express chain .
They only give mall employees discounts when the boss is there, and there is no way to talk sense into them. They just don't understand anything, and don't care at all about their customers.
Most reviews are accurate. The food is tasteless, the proportions have decreased. The service is horrible. Not recommended.
The guy spoke no English or French and when me and my friend were just asking for the same thing just twice but one of them didn’t have vegetables he got so mad and started yelling at me and my friend then his co worker was just explaining that he had to calm down which he really needed too
What they advertize is not at all what they serve. The Cari is legit chewy tofu, 2 slices of green peppers and onions and a loooot of rice. Too expensive for the bad quality.
Terrible service. I ordered a pad sew and got noodles in a pool of oil (I’m not even exaggerating) and a few pieces of tasteless beef. I asked for an extra plastic fork and the person who served gave it to me and cursed something in Chinese . No more Thai Express for me.

The lady very was rude and kept giving me an attitude,as If i offended her with my presence and as the owner was just sitting idly unconcerned definitely won’t recommend people buy here.And also the soup was tasteless and horrible??
Horrible service and food. We got a pad Thai and asked for extra sauce and in a plastic container instead of box. The owner waved with his hand to leave. Paid for extra chicken but no extra chicken given. Tasteless food.
Rude staffs and gave an attitude when we told the cashier that she ordered the wrong food before the chef started cooking. We had to repeat ourselves constantly and they were giving us an attitude from the start until the end. I would not come back.Note that during this visit, I also had to ask for chopsticks and spoon but the cashier only gave a spoon. It is ridiculous considering that I ordered Thai soup and they only gave a fork for it at the beginning. Very rude, unwelcoming and unprofessional if I have to summarize my impression.
