Customer service was great. Staff was very nice and friendly.However, I had asked for extra hot peppermint hot chocolate and Macha Latté but they were both barely warm when I drank them upon receiving them. Moreover, the Macha Latté tasted a little diluted?Despite this, their sandwiches were pretty good.My opinion... If you want to order something from here... Only the food is worth it. The cold drinks could also be good too since heating drinks appears to be a problem?

Amazing service!Especially by the barrister Ryan, I went a couple of times and ordered some special drinks. Everytime I was served by him he took the order very patiently and made sure we got the right order! Much appreciated!
The worst Starbucks! The staff doesn't know how to make the drinks and they aren't very pleasant. They are always out of things, how does a coffee shop run out of milk!?!
Very good service but my coffee was 3/4 full (for a 5$ coffee, I really appreciate it full!)The wrap was cold...So I waited 15-20 min for a cold wrap and a coffee not filled....
The cashier was very pleasant and clearly enjoys working with the public. However, the frappuccino tasted like chlorine. I'm certain it was the ice. So not sure if the water is unfiltered or if they clean the ice maker and bin with chemicals.
