We picked up a meal - it was ready within the 15 min it said and I was happy that they were punctual. One of the plates looked nothing like the picture on the menu to the point that I wondered if there was a mix up. Chicken was dry and tasted burnt. Fries were ok. Instead of a coleslaw we got a second cup of gravy :/ I guess mistakes happen... Overall I was very underwhelmed by the meal and mind you we were starved and far from picky.
I ordered the club sandwich with the salad bar. A bit disappointing since the chicken in the club sandwich was really dry and honestly was a bit too much. The bacon instead was really tiny, I could barely taste it. Later on the takeout menu I saw that I could actually choose between dark and white meat, but the waitress did not ask me when I placed my order.The salad bar is the same as I remembered. I kinda wish there is a sign at the entrance letting the guest know about the “soup of the day” since it keeps changing. (I love their cream of leek soup and I would prefer to go eat there when the soup is available)
3 weeks in a row. Have to call after an hour because prepaid order never arrived. Every week they tell me the same thing. It's already on the way. I live 3mins from scores. Why does it take 90-120mins everytime? Next time it's st-hubert. And it arrives cold, soggy. Everytime. Used to be good. Now, nopeFollow up. After the third time I called (each time waiting 15mins) the customer service agent said and I quote "well I you live so close why didn't you just come and pick it up"Is it me or is this far out that there is no response to the madness?
Ordered at 6:23 pm still not arrived at 8:03 pm. Expected delivery time 7:15 according to the confirmation email.Called twice. First time after 1h 15 min the lady said will arrive within a minute. Second time said 5-10 minutes and we have blown way past that.Will have to check with management about compensation and also check to see if the meal is hot.Next time takeout! Lack of staff makes everything hard but being lied to is unacceptable and just plain bad for business.
We had a great waiter. He was very polite and had a great sense of humor. The food was very good. I did miss the salad bar but I hope the salad bars will be back soon.
This is the 3rd time I order online for delivery. I always leave a tip at online checkout. But this is also the 2nd time in a row that the driver is late, was suppose to receive order by 6:45 pm. I called at 6:57 pm to try and find out the delay, the person told me the driver had left 43 min ago which was at 6:14 pm. The driver arrived at 7:09 pm. The 2nd time he asked my spouse for more tip which he gave him not knowing I had added it to the bill already. So this time around him being late again, the driver asks "are you OK with just the 2 $ tip you gave me on this bill" my spouse said yes we are (he was kind enough not to remind the driver how late he was). Well needless to say everything was cold, also when I opened my baked potato it appeared as if someone had already eaten from it or just added an extra scoop, my spouse thinks someone dropped it and it split open and they still put it in the tray, we chucked it out not trusting it at all. Needless to say for these facts and this being 2nd time in a row with this late driver asking for more money during this time of less contact due to Covid, where we pay online. My spouse decided we will take our business elsewhere from now on. The driver is rude always asking for more money, it is not like he served us like a waiter does at tables, he just delivered a cold super meal, same as last time. I do prefer scores but not going to buy from them again. The dirty looking split open potato turned me off for good.
The food is always late, and almost cold every time. This is not a one time occurrence. I keep hoping it will be different, and it never is. I ordered a brochette for lunch a few weeks back. The chicken must have been from the day before it was dry like it had been reheated several times. I order a small bottle of wine only to receive a call from them telling they are out. This also happened several times. I'm done with this place. It was good once, and that's probably why I keep ordering, hoping it will be again, but it never is. Don't waste your time!

The season on your chicken I want to know but guy with nice pants had two bowls and said it's secret. Chicken I do I enjoy and your chickens should be on TV. Ayyyaa I love you chicken. Banana.
Good place, good food and the best attention. But... The best of everything is that was open.
