All the food was absolutely delicious.Having tried quite a few of the items on the menu, I'm confident I could pick a random menu item with my eyes closed and be satisfied with the dish.The staff were on point, friendly and professional.This is the first restaurant service in the past year that feels like it wasn't impacted by the way in which covid issues lowered the customer service bar.
Our waiter was Phillip. great service. He really knows what he's doing and what to recommend on the menu. ?We had the Sangria Blanco. The only thing is I had to ask again. For my Sangria to really taste like a sangria. The first time they did it it wasn't tasty.We took the platter for two, which has the pogo shrimps with the three types of sausages, the steak, the peppercorns sauce, the spicy mayo, the fries. the mustard sauce on the side and bed of arugula with some cherry tomatoes and some cheese on top of it.The aesthetic of the restaurant is really nice. ?They have to change their bread supplier because the bread is not quality. ? The bread that comes with the butter at the beginning is definitely not quality. It's hard as a rock The bread that came with the burger wasn't enjoyable to eat.The only thing that was really good is the pita that came with the creamy dip. That needs to stay on the menu. Especially the pita bread ❤️?
I went to Zibo on a Friday evening and it was not as crowded as we expected. Food was good but overall experience was so so. We feel that it was under-staffed. Even if the staff try to do their best, our salad came after 30 minutes and another 45 minutes before we got our main meal.
The restaurant is nice and has a classy ambiance. The service was good and the food was delicious amd well presented. The only reason i did not go for 5 stars is the portion of dishes served; I ordered a chicken platter and the piece of chicken was so small it didn't satisfy my hunger. My brother in law ordered the fish platter, and he too wasnt satisfied.
Great food and service from our waitress, Julie (?). They just need to have a place to put our coats if you're at a booth.
I give 10 stars. The food was great. The service was great. Everything was so much better than wht I expected.
Nice place with great food and ambience will definitely go again. One detail, the service time in general was way too long in our opinion. Not really certain if it was to buy more time for the kitchen to avoid getting swamped or our waiter was the one swamped by all the customershe had. But still not bad.
After making a phone reservation for 7 on Friday, we go to the dix30 location and our surprise was that they had 2 different tables separated for us. We went 7 to eat all together not to be separate. They told us that’s all they could do and I suggested that at least, instead of sending an automatic text message reminding the reservation they could call to confirm if we would mind to be in different tables.Service very unprofessional.
Very good food. I've never heard about this place but i was pleasant surprised about the foodquality and ingredients. I will come back.
