Drive-thru was unbelievably slow, it took more than 20 min to prepare 4 hotdogs and a hamburger and a poutine, at least 10 customers left while waiting for their food, they didn't even bother to apologize or explain why it took so long, and it was so confusing, we were only left waiting in front of the cashier window after paying, the woman didn't even care to tell us what to expect or if we were supposed to be advancing our car to the next window for picking up the food. And at the end they tossed the food at us without even saying thank you or anything.
You can't expect fine dining and service. Doors are closed pretty early with drive-thru only. The menu outside is not complete. Not sure why. Apart from that the food is standard greasy spoon.

The drive-in service was terrible. She failed to offer for condiment with my order. And when I requested it, she told me that there is a line up. It got worst when I started to eat my French Fries because there was a napkin and a toothpick in between the French Fries.
Fries were dry & stale.Gravy wasn't hot room temperature with some lumps.Curds were good .
I never eat at this chain of restaurants but having some out of town friends with me who wanted to try poutine and Québec steamed hot dogs, I thought this would be a good idea. Drive thru menu didn't even show half of the items they serve. When we asked questions to staff, we were met with huffing and puffing and passive aggressive attitude, if the outdoor menu listed the actual items that they served, we wouldn't have had to ask any questions at all. Condescending staff, overall meh experience, will not be returning to this restaurant.
Okay sure this was my first time going but they charge like almost 12 bucks for a burger box sized poutine... the fries were soggy and the gravy was too mushy... I'm not saying it was 100% horrible I'm just saying that I've had bad fries and gravy but the cost bothered me way more than the actual taste... even if you jam pack the box is still a very tiny box for the amount you pay... for that much I could get a large fry elsewhere... I'm sorry but I wouldn't go again... It's expensive and quiet honestly I want a big fan of the customer service... The lady who was at the drive through was low key rude and, I get it, it was probably a long day for her but still, even when I'm tired I try to keep a positive mindset. Maybe the rest of their menu is better priced but honestly a the poutine price to quantity ratio is ridiculous in my opinion
The service was bad and they charged me 9.65$ for a mini-poutine when it clearly said 2.75$ on the drive-thru panel. I saw someone else mention in the reviews on here that they charged over 10$ for a regular one when it was 4$ on the drive-thru panel. Aside from the fact they charged me 3x as much, the lady taking my order was looking at her phone or computer the whole time I was talking to her and not paying attention at all.
