Rude customer service, literally hung up after I stated my address for no reason. We waited 1hr for 4 ordered pizza and never got them. After calling them again and receiving the same horrendous service, we got told that the order was never received. Would not recommend.
I have ordered online 1h30m ago and still nothing. I have called twice an no one had any clear answers other than they are busy, they did not even offer me any compensation!!! Still waiting, never going to order again, very disappointed
Their 555 deal is one of the best in terms of pizza places, hard to beat. The pan fried pizzas were crispy and juicy with a lot of toppings. Ordered online to pick up in person, service was good and quick. Can't go wrong with pizza hut!
I ordered our food online...they delivered my order 50 min later short a pizza and dipping sauce for the breadsticks...I have a large family so now not everyone could eat....I called in and spoke to a young man that was very confused and he got the manager after 5 min who said they will remake it...and it would be another 30-50 min...I asked politely if they could add a brownie or some breadsticks for the inconvenience and it was a quick and rude no...if you can't even make sure you have all of someone's order when they wait almost an hour for it the least you can do throw in a litte extra or give a credit...it wouldn't hurt them
Ok pizza i've seen better quality/price i find it a bit expense than its competitors and there is no coupon discount when you order but the delivery is on time
I feel weird , in Mexico you can ask for a pizza half cheese and half meat. Here you can't. But the taste is good, just more flexibility would be nice.

The drivers were horribly impolite and racist. I just parked my car in front of pizza hut reserved parking, the driver didn't even give me a chance to get off the car and came up saying this is only for Pizza hut.I don't know if it's because I'm Asian, so he thinks there's no chance I'll be getting some pizza hut or what? Seriously, I just order pizza hut 2 days ago from the same location... it didn't get me to leave a one star review even my order wasn't right, but today it really gets me frustrated with your drivers attitudeYa sorry, I was conscious that I took a reserved parking when the parking was full, I already placed my order so it was an in and out for less than 2 minutes and being a 39 weeks pregnant woman picking up food wasn't that convenient. BUT as a human being we can all be a little bit considering than this
Pizza was dry and overcooked. There was more dough than anything else. Really poor quality.
Get my order wrong. And refuse to correct. Called twice same result. Awful customer service.
