You got to love some PFK. The service is a little slow but worth waiting. The staff had no problem making up for the slow service with extra fries ?. All together, PFK is a great quick stop for the best chicken in the area.
It's been a long time that I have not had KFC. So i give it try even with all these bad reviews like all the other typical KFC. I have been waiting patiently 2 hours for my delivery. We were just starving. So I called in to see what is going on and they are having trouble to find my order. And finally they told me that they messed up and my order has been delivered to someone else. That is it. Never again to this or any KFC.
I did not get the number of fried chickens that I was promised. It happenned twice. The first time, it was on June 30th 2022, and there was 2 pieces of fried chickens missing. I did let it pass the first time because I thought maybe it was a rare mistake that just happened. But today, on July 4th, it happened again with one piece missing. As much as I want to believe it is an accident again, this isnt right because I got litterally scammed twice in two consecutive visits. I am not asking much, just requesting the workers there to pay actual attention to their work as it may help their bussiness in the future :))).
Ordered a poutine and the sauce was watered down, VERY liquid'y!!! and was actually see through. The french fries were soggy as if they were sitting in water because of the sauce so the poutine had practically no taste (unless watery and soggy is a taste). Very little cheeses. I sat in front of the drive thru screen for over 5 min (no exaggeration) before calling out because the one guy serving didn't realize I was there. When I pulled up to the window to pay the restaurant had one customer who was sitting and eating, no one in line so not sure why I had to wait over 5 min when there was literally only 1 customer that had already been served. It's the 3rd and last time I go to this location. Each time the quality and service was VERY poor.
Friendly and helpful staff. The food was cooked rather well and people were coming in and going through the drivethru so it was pretty busy but they still had table service and nice manners.
KFC is terrible these days. This is a repeat of the Canadian review. KFC as now done the same thing in my area. Cut portion size down and jacked the price. No more KFC for me.
We ordered the Original recipe bucket which consisted of 20 pieces of hand-breaded bone-in chicken. The chicken was crispy and well-seasonned. The meat was surprisingly not too dry. The breading was thin and lacked the flaky crunch compared to Korean Fried Chicken. The fries were okay. The gravy was average. Nothing too special.
Very fast service and accurate! The cashier is very nice and polite. The chicken is crunchy on the outside and the meat is well-cooked.
The chicken was really greasy. It is not the most healthy food to start with, but once in a while it's ok to indulge. This however was the worst fried chicken I have ever had. It was beyond greasy. My cats had a good feed and I will never go there again.
The worse piece of chicken I've ever had. Ordered the 18pcs bucket via UberEATS on a Thursday night around 8. The store calls me 15min after to tell me that they only have 16pcs, and asks if it's okay to add 2 tenders. So, i say yes, but no tenders were included in the order. The chicken was soggy, the batter was barely on, and tasted disgusting. See the photo. I barfed it out after the 2nd piece. Waste of $ and time. Let's hope I won't get sick.Never again!
