Honestly disappointing. I never leave a review. I thought perhaps the blandness of the food (Teriyaki Chicken) was just maybe a mistake but after reading the comments I realised that's just the standard. Also the service is below average. I can't even get a smile or a look, its almost like they are bothered by our presence.Will never go there again.
I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star.I went there for lunch and ordered the general Tao. The general Tao didn’t even taste of chicken it was just breading and there was hardly any sauce. The worst part is the rice; the rice was cold and tasted like it was old from days ago. Not to mention that it made my stomach turn. This is by far the worst Asian restaurant I’ve ever been to. Please make sure to avoid this place.They need to look into improving the quality of their food because selling leftover food can cause a food safety concern.

I would give this place -5 stars . One of the most horrible experiences ever. The service is rude and cold . The people working there look like they don’t like there jobs.the pictures of the food look so beautiful but what you get is the complete opposite. The food was the worst I’ve ever had. The cheapest quality of products used and cut like an amateur huge pieces of green onions and broccoli stems and 85% of my soup was bean sprouts. The main dishes were so bland but you could taste bitterness from bad cilantro and and something else I can’t put my finger on it. The crab triangles are a joke not only do they use fake crab but it’s the tiniest amount in the center. I could go on but I won’t. We will never be going back to this place again and I don’t recommend this place
My friend said it best... said the whole food experience was more like TrashBox than NooBox. The General Tao, the Tonkinose Soup, Spring Rolls and even the rice simply awful. Waste of money, definitely will never re-order.
Absolutely the worst Asian food I’ve had in the area. Gen T chicken was rubber, rice dry, all dishes flavorless. Don’t waste your money.
