Many orders passed there, not a single mistake yet compared to other locations. Good management and staff!
Very bad service. You wait 20min for a coffee...They increase their prices every two weeks and decrease the quality of their service every day.
Hello,Tonight July 5th at 9:30pm, I had the absolut worst service I have ever experienced. I started at the drive-thru. After about 5 min with nobody at the drive-thru and no answer at the speaker, I advanced to the window. A couple employees stared at me, never talked to me for a couple minutes. So I went inside. After about 15-20 minutes, I finally got my order.During that waiting period, employees were chilling with their friends, making them food while overtly and loudly denying new customers walking in the restaurant. One of the employees, that looked like the supervisor, kept pointing at me saying "Ya there's only her left" with no progress in my order, which was a small simple order I think.I am so very disappointed in the service and do not recommend this restaurant. Ever.
I don't expect too much from Mcdonald. I usually dont rate and comment. But this one is special. The manager is eating customers fries and nuggets behind the counter.
Ordered a Double filet-O-fish Burger for 8.39$ but got only one fish filet... should probably order just one if you cannot count ... Moreover, I ordered a large fries and it looks like half full. I am speechless for what received.
The service is extremely slow. Only come if you have 30 min to waste. When I arrive, there is no one at the order counter to service, but 5 people before me waiting for their food. Waited 7 minutes, then, someone came to take the order. Then waited 20 min , and the food is still not ready, now, we are 6 customer waiting for the food including mine. After the whole 30 min waiting experience, I told them please cancel my order, I need to leave, I am late to work. Then , magically, they said, your order is ready. When, I left, there is still 2 customer waiting that were before me. As I eat the breakfast while rushing driving to work, I realized they gave me the wrong order....
Put in a massive order today, everything was handled properly, nothing was forgotten, overall had a great time. The staff training there that day was very polite, and so were the older staff members. I've been getting food from here for awhile now, I'm glad they didn't disappoint
Unfortunately they are not constant with speed of service or quality of food. Coffee will taste different every other day and new staff will really handicap service. Keep it up dudes, you can do it!Slowly but surely.....
A very nice McDonald's. Everyone was friendly and the food was tasty and the place was remarkably cleared with a very modern decor.
Also a fast service, this place doesn't make mistakes on the orders
