First time going there at the drive thru and it was almost midnight. The drive thru is confusing if you don't usually go there. Not sure if it's one line and you go wherever someone leaves or it's just one line for each speaker (it's a double drive thru). Got cut off by other cars and those that were behind me as well. If the other cars in line don't leave enough space, it is tight if you want to leave the the Taschereau exit of the McDonald's. It was a long wait since I'm assuming there's only one taking orders/making drinks and one cook. At least the food was hot. When we left there was still at least 6 cars Definitely will be avoiding this McDonald's

We've been waiting for 25 minutes for a meal, still no service this... 2nd time in 2 weeks I should have learned by now. Hire more people, you've lost 4 clients ($$$) since I've been here, I'm next.
Ordering drive thru this morning, when I pay for my order the cashier keep screaming to her staffs, Im using coupon this time and she ask me to give her the coupon, it's ok i gave it to her and she keep swearing with low voice....
i had to climb through the drive window to have more ranch sauce because they didn’t put any in in my snack wrap.
Crowded for drive thru, but worth the wait.Love the crispy chicken poutine with buffalo sauce, nuggets and burger usual.
If you're there in the morning, you get what you're asking, but any other time of the day, you'll see so many mistakes in your order. Few cases they forgot about my order while I was waiting on one of the drive-through designated spots to park!!
8/10 times that i order a large fries I get the portion of a medium one at best in a large container. Extremely disappointing and borderline scam. I know they get super busy but getting order first time right is quite important. 7/10 time i order through uber they get my orders wrong. Either missing items or happened twice where the full order was completely wrong to a point that uber didnt even allow me to report error because they thought I was trying to scam them so jokes
Terrible service. Ordered using Uber Eats. The bill detail was right but the food inside was totally different. The only thing they got right was the coke and fries. They also kept the Uber driver for a very long time.I will never ever order there again...
The worst McDonald’s ever. IF YOU ARE CLOSED, lock your doors, please.I was ordering my food, and one of employees walked out and asked me to leave, because they are closed. At that time I was half way ordering my food in front of the touch screen.The reason he gave me was there was not enough people tonight, so they “CHOSE” to close the dining room with open doors! At that time there was other people eating in that dining room. I asked why she can be there eating, I cannot even take an order, the boy said: “ I cannot ask her to leave.” So you can kick me out then? Incredible logic.Would never come back to this McDonald’s ever again. And plan on sending another letter to McDonald’s Canada.You kick me out, I would never come back.
