Not 24h, never open, staff closes ahead of time, cold food, just awful … at this point just close it down

Visited this horrid McDonald's on 19 June in the evening. Manager started locking doors early. Problem being this is a fire safety hazard as the doors DO NOT have push bars. The manager has to individually let people out. I called them to relay this concern and the child who was the manager couldn't understand this was an issue. So, I said, if there was an explosion and you were unconscious who'd let the customers out? I have a key, he said. Yes but you are incapacitated. Why would there be a fire or explosion? Anyhow, they obviously do not train their people properly and the owner, managers have no concept of public safety.
It seems almost impossible to get an order wrong as much as they did… twice. We ordered in english, then reiterated in french and it was just weird. They took things off our order and added other things then charged us for the wrong things… Kind of convinced the people serving us didn’t actually work there…Find another McDo honestly.
Extremely expensive! This franchise owner charges the maximum allotted for each item which is about 1/3 more expensive than every other McDonald’s around. The menu in App is not the same as at the restaurant and they will not honour the app prices.
If you compare it to any other McDonald's it's like a solid 3. 5-4 stars rating. I'm giving 5 stars because if you compare this one with the one at the corner of Rome and taschereau, this restaurant looks like a 3 star Michelin restaurant, and the McDonald's at the corner of Rome and taschereau is the Chinese buffet that got shut down by health inspectors.
currently at drive through. been waiting for 25 minutes to get my food. if i could back up and leave i would. but im stuck in line between cars.
Don't know why there's customization options if none of them were followed as requested. Not difficult to have a ketchup topping only in the burger.
Faster in taking order than the rest McDonald in this area but they got the smallest cafe for the trio ?

It’s very simple question and I will consider no reply as (yes) to this question.Does this branch or MacDonald in general has a policy to give service to customers in the store before food delivery drivers?In another way does this branch or MacDonald in general has a different between customer in the store and costumer online? Dose the customer in the store more important than customer online?Thanks
