Went back once after because there is no syrup in my dessert after waiting 2 days they weren’t open Monday and Tuesday. Got it exchanged and purchased another soy milk. Soy milk smelled and it is hard set. Never again!
Every single time I call, the guy asks me to to wait 5 minutes to call back to take the order. My wife calls 2 seconds later, she’s able to take the order. I mean are you serious??? You can’t just take my order and tell me it will take a bit longer to make?Not sure if he’s the owner but nonetheless, good on not making more money XD

I used to give this place 5 stars, but since changing owners it's really so messy inside that we don't go anymore. Really sad since they had some unique menu items!
I have seen a sort of degrading quality in the drink since a while. The soja drink is still pretty good though. I don’t go nearly as often as before
Extremely slow service. I waited 40mins for an order. The cashier could not even explain why its delayed. All she did was grunt which does not help to understand why its taking so long btw. All that wait was pointless bc the dumplings gave me diarrhea.
First and last time going. Place is dirty and extremely slow service for a drink. Tables were dirty and right when you come in there was an open garbage bin where everything could be seen. 2 stars because the drink had a decent taste. But half the drink list was not available. ? Honestly surprised its still open when comparing the looks of Chatime almost right next door.

Since they change owner,half of the menu cannot be ordered. Food taste is awful,place is dirty and the washroom need to be clean.
I guess the owner was changed. Dirty floor tables and chairs. My stamach felt terrible after eating their food. Will not go again.
